• BREAKFAST BASKET:
Enjoy a complimentary breakfast every morning.
The basket includes individually packaged items such as croissants, bread, coffee, tea, milk, yogurt, jam, honey, butter, and fruit juice.

• ACCESS:
The house is accessed from street level by climbing a short staircase of حوالي 30 steps. Easy access.

• GARDEN WITH HOT TUB:
You will enter the garden where — we’re sure — you’ll spend most of your time!
Equipped with a heated hot tub, sun loungers, and a shower, it’s the perfect area to relax and soak up the sun.

• TERRACE:
Furnished with table and chairs, it’s perfect for dining outdoors under a starry sky. A barbecue is also available here.

• LIVING AREA:
From the terrace, you enter the house — a typical Amalfi Coast home painted in soft pastel tones.
The cozy living room features a sofa, dining table with chairs, TV, kitchen, and access to a beautiful sea-view balcony. The room is air-conditioned.

• KITCHEN:
Fully equipped with refrigerator, freezer, oven, boiler, and useful appliances including a traditional Neapolitan coffee maker and microwave.
A small arched window overlooks the deep blue sea.

• BATHROOM:
Accessible from the living room, it includes a sink, a large hydromassage shower, bidet, and WC. A complimentary bathroom set and hairdryer are provided.

• LAUNDRY AREA:
Located on a small side terrace, with a washing machine, basic laundry detergent, iron, and ironing board.

• PARKING:
Free street parking is available approximately 50–100 meters from the property, depending on availability.
Covered parking is also available at an additional cost of €30 per night.

A safe with key is available inside the house.

Guest access

The house is accessed from the road below via a staircase of about 30 steps.
It is located on the upper side of Praiano, in one of the most panoramic areas of the village.

The local bus runs along the road just below the property.
The location is quiet and comfortable, with excellent connections via public transport.

You’ll also be close to the steps leading to the famous Sentiero degli Dei — a stunning hike connecting Positano, Praiano, and Agerola.
If you love trekking, you simply can’t miss it!
