Casa Nostra - Private Sea View Garden

Casa Nostra is an enchanting retreat, nestled in a private garden and lemon grove: the perfect place to relax in complete peace. The private terrace, ideal for outdoor moments, offers breathtaking views of golden sunsets. To reach the house, you'll walk a 300-meter path with about 60 steps, suitable for those in good physical condition but not for people with mobility issues. The effort is well worth it for the tranquility and stunning views.



ACCOMMODATION FEATURES

The house is spread over two levels:



First Floor:

• Terrace with Garden: it offers breathtaking sunsets and panoramic views of the sea, the Li Galli Islands, and Positano,

• Open Space, bright and welcoming, with a dining area, a conversation zone, and a TV area

• Kitchen, large and fully equipped, ideal to prepare dishes with fresh ingredients you can pick directly from the garden, such as basil, parsley, rosemary, sage, and lemons.

• Toilet



Upper Floor - Accessible Only by External Stairs:

• Two spacious bedrooms, both with sea view

• 1 bathroom, with shower and toilet



THE LOCATION

Casa Nostra is situated in a privileged location that allows you to be far from the everyday hustle and bustle, yet still close to the iconic beauties of the Amalfi Coast. Surrounded by the tranquility of the garden, you will enjoy serene moments, but just a few minutes by car will bring you to Positano and all the wonders of the area, including Amalfi, Ravello, and the famous beaches of the coast. Close by you will find:



• Grocery store (Alimentari Rispoli), just few minutes’ walk uphill

• Beach Club ONE FIRE - reachable via scenic walks and stairs

• Bars, restaurants and Local bus stops just a few minutes’ walk uphill

• Shuttle and bus connections to Positano, Amalfi, and other destinations along the Amalfi Coast - 200 MT walk uphill



Note: All services and points of interest are reached by going up or down steps, in line with the typical urban layout of Praiano and the Amalfi Coast. This feature is part of the authentic local experience but makes the property more suitable for guests comfortable with walking and stairs.



ACCESS AND PARKING

Casa Nostra is located in a pedestrian-only area, typical of Praiano, and cannot be reached directly by car. Access is exclusively on foot, walk along a path of about 300 meters, alternated with approximately 60 steps, part of the characteristic pedestrian path. For this reason, the property is not recommended for guests who do not enjoy walking, climbing stairs, or who have mobility issues.



Upon request, a paid porter service can be arranged for luggage assistance at check-in and check-out.



• Private paid parking available on request at approximately 700 meters from the property (advance booking strongly recommended, especially in high season).

• Public paid parking available at approximately 500 meters from the property. Parking is not reservable and may be crowded in high season due to the limited number of spaces.



GETTING AROUND

Thanks to its strategic location, Casa Nostra allows guests to explore the Amalfi Coast easily even without a car.



• Boat excursions from Praiano (Marina di Praia – approx. 1 km): The most scenic and relaxing way to travel along the coast. Ideal for visiting Capri, Positano, Amalfi, and sea-access-only coves while avoiding traffic and parking issues.

• Public buses (SITA and local buses – stop approx. 200 m away): Regular connections to Positano and Amalfi. A practical and economical option, though often crowded and slower during high season.

• Private driver: Offers comfort and flexibility, with higher costs compared to public transport and limited availability during peak periods. Advance booking (at least one day ahead) is recommended.

• On foot: The most authentic way to experience Praiano. All services are reachable by walking, always involving steps and elevation changes typical of the area. Recommended for guests accustomed to walking.
