About this property

NEAR THE BEACH AND Feirinha, FAMILY - great facilities

  • 2 bedroom, kitchen, laundry room and in a horizontal building with a huge field and a lot of infrastructure. The building looks more like a vacation club. It has a large barbeque, sports court, equipped game room and playground for the children. All children and adolescents play together, all in the safety of the building closed gates. The location is perfect, 50 meters from the beach and near the crafts fair of caiçara that is where they are sold sweet and savory, artezanato beyond the mine amusement park. Our entire open every evening during the season and at weekends throughout the year. The apartment has a double bed in one room and three bunk beds in the other. Accommodates up to 10 people. It is a familiar building so would like to rent to families. And 'a great choice, really like a vacation club put on the beach and the affordable price. The daily rate does not include the cleaning fee of $ 80. 00. It has parking space for one car however we can accommodate up to three cars. The app was recently renovated and decorated. It has everything, super yummy in a quiet family environment. Fun for the whole family

O apartamento que fiquei não era o da foto qual aluguei pelo site, o banheiro era super apertado, a TV estava com defeito, e a geladeira apresenta defeito, a localização é próximo a praia de caiçara, O Zelador que me recebeu é muito legal, gente fina mesmo, porém o apartamento deveria ser o da foto publicada e estar com tudo funcionando.
