O imóvel é muito aconchegante, confortável! Senti falta de alguns utensílios de cozinha, mas nada que prejudicasse a estadia! Sr Waldemar muito solicito, e, de fácil contato. A recepção muito boa! Apenas um dos porteiros foi grosseiro com minha sogra, mas nem sei o nome! Minha avaliação é que está localizado em área muito tranquila, quem gosta de agitação estranharia um pouco, locomoção de carro para comércio e praias mais badaladas! Minha família amou o lugar!
