Estadia boa, porém o número do apartamento era 32 e não 82 como descrito no anuncio. Apartamento espaçoso onde atendeu bem a minha família. Observação a ser considerada: mesa de jantar e cadeiras não muito firmes, mas atendeu. Válvula do vaso do banheiro da suíte estava sem funcionar, mas conseguimos arrumar posteriormente. De modo geral, o apartamento é muito bom!!

Apartamento impecável, limpo, lindo, seguro, confortavel e grande. 3 coisas precisa resolver: Micro-ondas nao funciona ele liga mas nao.esquenta, interuptor da sala que liga o ventilador o 3° botão esta dando choque e o rampão da mesa tem uma parte do virdro que é quebrado acaba sendo perigoso.

Excelente custo benefício ótimo apartamento

Excelente apartamento, tudo novinho, moderno, muito bonito, camas confortáveis, internet muito boa, rápida, todos os utensílios e eletrodomésticos necessários, uma varanda enorme com churrasqueira, carrinho pra carregar as cadeiras de praia, cooler, completo. Não fica há poucos passos da praia não, dá uns 800 metros, mas é tranquilo, na frente do apto vira uma rua e sai numa outra que vai até o calçadão da praia de Guilhermina. Recomendo muito.

Espacoso e com estrutura completa!

O apartamento é ótimo!!! Grande, espaçoso e atende muito bem a necessidade. Apto com armários, cobertores, travesseiros, tv smart, máquina de lavar e produtos de limpeza. Tudo conforme anúncio. Fomos bem orientados no contato com o proprietário (instruções após reserva) e fomos bem recebidos pelo porteiro do prédio. Tem um Mini mercado extra praticamente na esquina do prédio. E pode ser que para alguns o prédio fique meio longe da praia. Fica a algumas quadras de distância

Amamos! Apartamento limpo em condomínio tranquilo, cozinha completa, roupas de cama e toalhas cheirosas, TV smart na sala e em um dos quartos. A vizinhança também é bem tranquila e o apto fica a poucos minutos da praia da Guilhermina. Já pretendemos voltar.
