"Breakfast was great. Location was perfection (except for bar crown noise down stairs on Monday night. A bit noisy with traffic but to be expected. Great place overall. I hope to stay there again."

"The location of the guesthouse was incredible. However if you’re a certain age, as we are, you probably will need a car to get about and access to some fantastic beaches within two or 3 miles Praia da Luz is close for a choose of restaurants and bars there some restaurants and bars close by on the main road, the building, the pool and grounds were beautiful and the room was large enough and clean enough for both of us The outstanding thing for us was the breakfasts. it’s was incredible, the choice of fresh fruit, cold cuts, pastries and cooked food was outstanding."

"The villa exceeded our expectations in every way. It was exceptionally clean throughout, with high‑quality furnishings and well‑maintained facilities. The kitchen, bathrooms, outdoor spaces, pool and bedrooms were all immaculate and very comfortable. Everything worked perfectly, and the attention to detail was clear. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and found the villa to be an ideal base for a relaxing and enjoyable holiday. Highly recommended, and we are returning next year! Thank you so much Lindsey x"

"The property is ideally located. The property had everything that you could want for your stay. A little tired around the pool area, needs some attention. The communication with the host and onsite management was excellent, instant replies and check in info was brilliant. Only downside for us was the neighbours, 2 sets with no regard for other people. That would be the only thing putting me off renting any of the properties in that complex."

"The area was beautiful and the staff were very nice and helpful and the breakfast buffet that was included was a beautiful area and lots of choice. Our room was darker and more dated than I expected and the drapery that provided the privacy to our room was torn -the outside shutters only went halfway down as well. There were tiny little black type ants in the bathroom and by the front door inside - I am not certain if its just because it was a more tropical area and they all have this."
