"Wir hatten einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt in diesem Hotel. Die Mitarbeiter waren unglaublich freundlich und zuvorkommend. Die Lage ist perfekt, mit einfacher Erreichbarkeit von wichtigen Orten. Besonders hervorzuheben ist der Service nach dem Checkout: Wir durften vor unserer Abreise zum Flughafen nochmals duschen und bekamen frische Handtücher – ein Detail, das unseren Aufenthalt besonders angenehm gemacht hat. "No geral, tudo fluiu bem. Funcionários atenciosos e o lugar é exatamente como na foto. Único problema que tive foi com barulho e falta de papel higiênico no quarto. Barulho: tinham 2 rapazes aparentemente famosos que passaram a tarde/noite cantando e tocando violão sem parar, falavam alto, ouviam celular alto. O barulho na área externa encerrou as 22h mas eles seguiram fazendo barulho no quarto até 23h30. Infelizmente eu estava no quarto abaixo e dava pra ouvir tudo. Cheguei a mandar whatsapp...

"Max was nice. However the place needs some basic maintenance. The noise starts at 7 am and it’s very loud! The towels are really old, the breakfast is the same every day displaying very dry eggs (even if the restaurant isn’t busy they can’t accommodate freshly make eggs), often we had to ask for silverware and other basics, the covers were smelling, we threw them on the floor and ask to be cleaned but when we come back to the room they weren’t clean and they were back (dirty) in our beds. The shower knob shocks us every time we touched it, the toilet was very smelly (Seward) and the sink faucet was loose. We had to ask to clean our room, otherwise it wasn’t getting done, during our 6 day stay the trash was never cleaned up, causing us to pilled up the trash next to the trash can. The place is well located, it just needs basic love for a hotel. "
