"Great place for a family - beach within a short walking distance, several pools and a playground to keep kids entertained. Staff are lovely, we had a great stay, our second time there. Took a couple of days and a few requests to get a highchair though and never received coffee pods for the machine despite asking a few times. "Good stay, hotel is super clean and on the whole helpful staff. Breakfast room is so nice with the sea view.
In this visit a problem with our shower cubicle which was only resolved by us moving rooms the following day & hopefully it will get fixed before anyone else gets allocated that room as it a hazard. Giving extra towels to mop up isn’t the answer.
Given vouchers for a drink to compensate for the inconvenience but then was told by the bar tender only one could be used per transaction....
