Nice place not too far from the castle. Breakfast is quite a spread, but not included in the basic rate. Tram station is in front of hotel which makes getting around the city easy with a 120 CSK day pass.

The hotel staff was excellent - very friendly and eager to assist with the requests we had. The hotel restaurant served great food and delicious wine. Would definitely consider staying there again when visiting Prague.

The place was very clean and had an immaculate gym. The bathtub was clean and there was a supermarket and a Rossman around the corner while also being a minute from the metro. The buffet breakfast was awesome.

Nice property. However, they are misrepresented on Expedia. Although they claimed to have a gym as part of the room package on their premises, there is an upcharge of 10 euro/day per person to use it. The sauna is an additional 20 euro/day per person. I specifically chose this property because it fit my budget. I believe they know this is an issue. Ridiculous.

Would highly recommend a stay at this hotel. Staff are very kind and helpful. 2 minute walk from a tram stop and subway entrance. Lots of nice cafes, restaurants and grocery stores close by. Fabulous Japanese restaurant in the basement of the hotel.

Friendly staff. The hotel itself is beautiful! Close to a grocery store and a few restaurants. The only disappointment were the pillows. They were completely flat and provided no support or cushioning at all. Other than that, really loved our stay here!

The property location is amazing, close enough to all the historical landmarks and yet conveniently removed from the hustle and bustle of the city. We really appreciated the warm greetings from the front desk, a special thanks to Tetyana! The room was clean and equipped with all the necessary amenities for a convenient stay. The beds could be a bit more comfortable though, the duvets were an odd size. The bathroom was clean overall, yet there was a small smudge on the silicon. This dampened the experience a bit, as you expect this kind of hotel to be spotless.

Beautiful property and nice team. I was disappointed that with such a nice brand there wasn't any conditioner in the room and when I called the front desk to get some they wanted to charge and it wasn't available till later in the morning (after I had to leave). I also thought charging for the sauna was not necessary considering competitor hotels have really nice spas and it's included in the cost. Finally, the breakfast buffet was very good and definitely worth the cost. Some good healthy options and really options for everyone in our party.
