Great location for exploring Prague. We only stayed one night as we were travelling around. It was easy to find, receptionist was helpful and we checked into our room. The room itself was large with a great kitchen area, great bathroom and we loved the balcony overlooking the square. (We had Room 1) There is plenty to see and do in the area, lots to see, restaurants and bars all around you. It was easy to get to the airport bus, just a 10 minute walk to the bus stop or the train station. Great value. We would stay again.

Great location near shopping, restaurants and metro. We arrived a day late and they sent a message stating they were canceling our reservation because we hadn't accessed the apartment if we didn't contact them by 10:00 the next morning, despite paying in advance. I sent multiple messages with no reply. My Czech daughter in law finally got ahold of them at 0930 that morning to confirm we weren't canceled. This needs their attention and was the most aggravating issue during our 5 day stay.

Everything was perfect. The staff was very helpful and friendly. They recommended Annecy for a day trip and it was absolutely amazing. Location is perfect. Having a parking garage was great too. We will stay there again.

Nice location!

Location is great, close to old town and tram stops, very convenient access to illusion museum. We did find a few ants at property, the trash can in the kitchen could be bigger. Overall, a great stay. Thank you!
