Gut gefallen hat uns die Lage . Alles zentral gelegen. Frühstück war nichts besonderes aber war ausreichend. Betten waren bequem. Wasserkocher war vorhanden. Restaurants und Bars gab es an jeder Ecke . Nicht gefallen hat uns : Die Zimmer zur Strasse sind sehr laut . Im Badezimmer lagen noch Haare auf dem Boden und die Dusche war sehr grenzwertig und gehört erneuert. Ein neuer Anstrich im Zimmer würde gut tun . Zum schlafen reicht es zu, aber zum wohlfühlen würde ich was anderes empfehlen. Aber für den Preis kann man nicht viel erwarten.

Einfach dafür im Zentrum

einfaches Hotel direkt im Zentrum. Frühstück war O.K. und Tram und Metro direkt vor dem Hotel. Wenn man ein praktisches Hotel im Zentrum sucht, ist dies O.K., so ungefähr 2 Sterne Hotel. Einfach aber zentral gelegen.

Vårt rum låg på bottenplan med en pub precis utanför, vilket innebar att det var mycket ljud om nätterna plus att det inte kändes så säkert. För 1000:-/natten hade jag förväntat mig ett fräschare hotell med bättre frukost och trevligare rum.

Bon hôtel aux prestations efficaces !!

Un très bon rapport qualité/prix, très propre, très bien situé et desservi par les transports. Personnel adorable, accueillant et à l'écoute, notamment Anna, d'une bienveillance et d'une gentillesse infinie. Chambre solo très fonctionnelle, avec petite loggia donnant sur une cour intérieure très calme, j'ai très bien dormi !!! J'y reviendrai sans hésiter si je reviens à Prague !!

Very Okay hotel.

We were fortunately able to stay here after our booking wasn’t “processed” in their system (even though they had already charged me) not sure if that was the hotel’s fault or the website but I assume the former. Breakfast was alright. Friendly staff. Dirty sheets. Very creaky bed and floors. Conveniently close to metro.

The hotel is in a great area and the staff was friendly and helpful. But the hotel is dated, worn and not clean. They cleaned but it’s not clean. No A/c but they did provide a fan.

One of the receptionist is easily get frustrated. Our room has a bug on the bed. Pricey for what we pay for, compared to what’s around the same area. No Air condition for the price that we pay. The room looks really old. Not to mention the construction that’s going on in front of the hotel. (Construction noise starts at 6:00 am

Sono stata tre notti con il mio ragazzo fine novembre. Albergo piccolo, non pretende, molto basic ma alla fine non rimpiangi il super hotel. È molto caldo nonostante il freddo, personale gentilissimo. È assurdo, in senso positivo, il rapporto zona/costo. Non abbiamo dovuto prendere mai un mezzo per spostarci, ( se non per l’aereoporto ma ci hanno chiamato loro un taxi sia all’andata che ritorno)...comunque abbiamo visto tutto quello che c’era da vedere. È veramente ben posizionato. Lo stra consiglio a chi non pretende l’albergo lussuoso.

こちらのホテルには2泊しましたが、トラム駅のすぐ近くで、アクセス至便です。お部屋も15-16畳と広く、ソファベッドもあり、とても広々と使えました。 ただ、｢ハウスキーピングは毎日｣ということでこのホテルに決めたのですが、実際は違っていました。 トイレットペーパーが1巻、しかも半分くらいしか置いてありませんでした。これはまだ良かったのですが、問題はタオル類です。 シャワーの後の足ふきタオルとバスタオルのみでハンドタオルは無しでした。 また、1泊後2日目に外出し、お昼過ぎにいったんお土産を置きにホテルに帰ってきますとタオルが替えてありません。トイレットペーパーは補充済みでした。 私はクセで、使い終わったタオル類はすべてシャワーブースの中にざっくり畳んで、ハウスキーピングの方に持って行ってもらうようにしていました。そのタオルがシャワーブースの中に入ったままでしたので、もう一度出がけにフロントに行って｢タオルを換えておいてください｣とお願いしました。フロントのお姉さんはOKと言ってくれていましたが、また夕方に帰ってきたところタオルが替えて ありませんでした。タオルは半分くらい水に濡れてしまい、使えなかったのです。 仕方なく夕飯を食べに出かける際、またフロントにお願いしました。先ほどのお姉さんです。すると｢ハウスキーピングの人が午後8時半過ぎに来るから、それ以降に替えてもらうわね｣と言ってくれました。 ホントかなーと内心、いぶかしながらも外出し、夕食を食べた後、23時過ぎに帰ってきました。今度こそ替えてくれてるよね、と思いましたがやはりタオルは替えられておらず、がっくりして三たび、フロントに行きました。 フロントの方は若い男性でした。そこでタオル交換をお願いすると、｢いやいや、当ホテルでは3日に１回のタオル交換となってます｣と言うのを聞いて初めて、このホテルは３日に１回の交換なんだと知りました。 でも、｢毎日のハウスキーピング｣ということで宿泊することにしたのに、そんなの聞いていませんでした。そのフロントの彼には｢でもタオルを替えてもらわないと、私は明日チェックアウトもできないんです｣と切々とお願いし、彼が戸棚から鍵を出して、２階の備品室まで一緒に行き、そこでようやく新しいタオルを出してもらいました。たかがタオル１枚にこんなに面倒なことになろうとは…。 環境の為にはタオル１枚でもよいかもしれません。でも、それは宿泊予約前にきちんと宿泊者に知らされている場合です。 もし私が事前に、このホテルはタオルが３日に１回のみの交換であることを知っていれば絶対に宿泊しなかったと思うのです。 その点、このホテルのチェックイン時にも何も知らされなかったですし、そもそもホテルズドットコムさんからも知らされていませんでした。 ホテルズドットコムさんにおかれましては、｢毎日のハウスキーピング｣の内容を各ホテルに対して、もう一度確認していただきたいと思います。 そして、今回のようなタオル交換を非常に気にする人間の為に、必ずそのあたりの情報を｢付記｣されるべきだと思います。 ホテルの部屋に置いてある宿泊ガイドのようなものを読んだら、確かに｢The towels will be provided every 3rd day and the bed linen every 6th day of your stay.｣と書いてありました。 ただ、普通の文章の中に特に太字等で強調するでもなく、さらっと書いてありました…。この点がとても残念でした。

WORST! 史上最悪！Don't book this!! 絶対使わない方がいいです！！

結論から言うと、最悪です。 ホテルの受付の対応が悪い、部屋は臭い、シャワーは冷たい水でした。 冬なので風邪を引くと思い、温水が出ないのかと訪ねると壊れているが、明日の朝には出るかもしれないと、雑な対応をされ、解決せず。　 シリアスなムードでどうしてくれるのかと問い詰めると、自分にはどうすることもできないと言い、一応は謝っていましたが、すぐにヘラヘラ笑いながら話し出しました。日本ではありえない対応です。 貴重な旅の時間がかなり無駄になりました。 結局、自分でポットの水で温水を作る羽目になり、温水を作ってはかぶり、作ってはかぶりを繰り返しまし、とても貧じい思いをしました。 電話はホテルとは思えない個人のもののようなスマートフォン、国際電話ができないのかエクスペディアに電話もできず、自分の携帯で海外通話料を払うことに。 対応最悪、施設最悪、2度と使いたくありません。

저렴하게 1인실을 사용하고 싶을때

굉장히 저렴하게 조식 포함 1인실을 사용했습니다. 물론, 침대 프레임이 기숙사 같은 간이식이라 조금 놀라기는 했지만, 매트리스 자체는 자는데 불편함은 없었고, 전체적인 청결함 또한 무난했습니다. 무엇보다 호텔 위치가 좋습니다. 저렴하게 1인실을 사용할 분들에게 추천합니다.

Good location, close to the city centre and tram station. Kind staffs. The hotel is old and next to the road and hence noise in there.The room was quite large but I cannot say it was good quality.
