Gold star stay at the Gold Bank

Great location near the main railway station, walking distance to the main attractions. The hotel was clean with good air conditioning, a mini fridge and tea kettle. There were lots of tv channels offered as well. My only complaint is that water would flow under the door after showering into the rest of the bathroom, but it was a minor inconvenience.

The Gold bank is rate ‘bronze’

Nice hotel located near main train station. Rooms too warm and beds/ pillows not so comfy but a nice interior. Breakfast has a good choice . We asked for an iron and had to chase it up 4 hours later and carry the iron and board to the room ourselves

Beautiful hotel, modern, clean, warm, friendly staff. Walkable to the main areas. Excellent restaurant on the way into the square- Hybernská. Could not fault the hotel at all.

Such a great setting! Fantastic decor, really clean rooms and common areas. Great breakfast which represented fantastic value and an excellent location. Staff all really friendly and the luggage store after checkout was incredibly helpful. Will stay again if/when in Prague.

Quiet hotel close to Prague city center. Rooms was clean, equipped with giant TV screen. Bathing room was nice as well. The hotel was however strangely decorated. With strange painting of women with white faces. That unfortunately made atmosphere colder.

This is a bit of a unique property. The good - location, bed comfort, shower is nice.quiet hotel. The meh - feels like an ibis type hotel, basic. Only shampoo and soap provided, breakfast was adequate but nothing special. Same items each day. The bad - no waters supplied. Room didn’t have a couch or a desk although it was a room I selected. For the price if you want a basic accommodation it works. from the outside it looks 5 stars and inside 3. Next time I think I will spend a little more and get better accommodations.

The cleanliness of the rooms was inadequate. When we first arrived, the bed sheets hadn't been changed, and the toilet was dirty. However, the staff was helpful and moved us to a different room. The next day, after our room was cleaned, we moved back.

Room was large in comparison to most in Europe. Had our college-aged daughter with us, and there was a separate twin bed for her in the room. Were able to store our bags upon arrival so we could go tour the city before check in was available.
