Beautiful location and great riverside vibe
Located in a fantastic spot along Prague's riverbank, this address offers lovely views and is perfect for enjoying scenic evening walks. The area is vibrant, well-connected by public transport, and just a short stroll away from beautiful architecture and cozy local spots. A wonderful choice for anyone looking to experience the city's authentic charm while staying close to the main attractions. Highly recommended!
Location was awesome - beautiful view of the river and walking distance to several tourist hot spots. Only downside was no air conditioning and we were there during a heat wave.

Liked: Cleanliness, check-in
I was staying with my two teenage daughters they got the bed, I got the sofa bed. The room was clean tastefully decorated for two people perfect except for lack of aircon.
However, for three people a studio is completely inadequate, the sofabed was the most uncomfortable bed Ive ever slept on, not suitable at all. It was more like three seperate sections of thin foam.
Clean & presentable with good communication with the host. Only negative was there were no hand towels and some of the furniture was too big for the room.
Overall experience was quite positive. I booked two rooms for my family and we loved the river view rooms and the kitchens. Very clean with high ceilings, lol. The only downside is that I only get the room keys 1 hour before I arrived so that caused some panic. Parking in Prague is a nightmare anyways, not the fault of the hotel though. The location was great. I'd come back in the future.
Entry codes for both the front door and the rooms were a disaster. They had to be changed a number of times and particularly with the front door never worked. In the room, no hanging room, no coat hangers no iron, no room bed changing, cleaning. We had 5 groups staying there and they all had the same issues. When the support people were called they either didnt answer, were not immediately responsive and at times did not care - I would not ever stay there again and recommend others to look elsewhere.
This is my 2nd stay. Love the location. To get to apartment, take metro B, get off at Karlovo náměstí stop, exit the subway by following the sign Palackého náměstí. A few of things to take into consideration when booking: 1) No front desk. All communications is via Whatsapp. 2) You must take the stairs (16 steps) to get to the elevator. 3) No AC, but oscillating standing fan provided or simply open the windows. 4) No housekeeping. 5) Thin mattress. None of that deterred me from returning. Apartment was clean, had everything I needed for a comfortable stay, and was conveniently located. I will keep returning to this "home away from home" every time I am in Prague
Self-sustained apartment, located a block from the Dancing House. Host sends entry code at check-in time. Host replied to my questions/requests in a timely manner. A couple of things to point out for future travelers: 1) Upon entering the building, you must climb stairs (16 steps) to get to the elevator. 2) No AC, but oscillating standing fan provided. 3) No housekeeping during my 5day stay. 4) Mattress was thin. In spite of all that, I had a great time. It was very convenient. All attractions were about 20min away by foot. Metro B is just around the corner alone with tram lines 3, 4, 10, 16, 21, 92, and 94. Even the bus hub Na Knizeci was within walking distance. Apartment was clean, quiet, and more spacious and comfortable than hotel rooms. The kitchen was ideal for my gluten-free needs with Tesco and Albert supermarket nearby. Also, tap water is drinkable, a huge saving/convenience. I truly enjoyed my stay. Can't wait to go back to Prague and Riverside Apartments.
Pros: great location, big room, large windows, river views, updated and sufficient bathroom & fancy kitchen, responsive host.
Cons: room was not cleaned/ ready when we walked in, disappointing start, there was no air conditioning, no full-length mirror, and the shower lacked practical shelves or holders for toiletries. In addition, shampoo was not provided.
Perhaps this is in line with local (Prague) standards, but compared to similarly priced hotels we have stayed in around the world, overall experience felt somewhat limited for the price paid
The property is in the perfect spot, you can find all you need with in walking distance. If you want to go to old town, public transportation is right there, really loved it!
Excellent area to stay. On tram line, plus walkable distance to old town. Right on the water where you can enjoy the nightlife or afternoon stroll
Hotel is not manned with a reception so you must understand you need to wait until check in time to get the code for door.
Room was spacious and clean with pretty much anything you’d need.
Fantastic aparthotel in Prague close to the famous Dancing House. Check-in was easy, the room was just as expected and very comfortable, and we had a room overlooking an inner courtyard, so it was extremely quiet, despite being in a large city. The hotel is about a 20-min. walk to the historic district. We didn’t try the public transit system because Prague is an extremely walkable city, but the location was very convenient for most major attractions.
Our family absolutely loved the super apartment. The location was perfect for sightseeing and it was really nice to start the day with a good cup of coffee from downstairs. Their almond croissant is so good. The rooms were nice and big and clean and I loved the high ceilings. The communication from the host was also great. One suggestion, though, since there is no AC in the apartment, I would recommend having a fan in all rooms. There was one in our apartment and I had to move it between rooms when the temperature was a little on the hotter side. It was a little inconvenience. Overall, everything was just great. Thank you.
Staff was very good, because we went to other apartments with the same name and l was talking to person and given me details where it was, the apartment was amazing views and super clean and cosy, nice kitchen as well
