The front desk staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast buffet was basic. There was a spiderweb on the nightstand lamp, and was never cleaned. Toiletries and paper were not promptly refilled. Location is great!!!

I booked Ramada, got it confirmed, when I came to the hotel there was a note on the door that it is closed, and that I should go to EAhotels Julis. Only 5 mins walk, but a lot lower standard. Very bad customer service that the hotel did not tell me before.

Location was great!! Room was large and comfortable. Little out dated but location out ways that. Breakfast was decent, enough to fill you up.

location location . excellent place to stay. in the middle of prague, near mustek metro and on Vacclav place. nice room, clean, good serviss friendly staff and a very good buffe breakfast.

only biggest problem was voucher from Expedia did not come over to hotel reception each day they asked for us to pay the hotel. Expedia should communicate with reception before we arrive.

Prague is a beautiful city and Ramada hotel is right in the center. It's in a perfect location to walk to all points of interest. Even though it's located on the largest boulevard, rooms are quiet and very comfortable.

Location this hotel was perfect, front of house staff need to learn to smile more and be more friendly. Room was clean, house keeping did a good job but you wouldn't have thought this hotel was 4*

Nice hotel within walking distance of all atttactions. Professional and courteous staff. Great breakfast buffet included in price. By American standards too pricey; but we are visiting a foreign country; price very fair. It was hot in room st night, no air conditioning.

I found the Ramada City Centre Hotel ideally located with friendly, helpful and professional staff. I found that the hot and cold breakfast buffet very good which set you up for the day. A very enjoyable stay!

Nice Hotel but room unbearable.
Generally, the Hotel facilities were pleasing but this was all cancelled out as we could not sleep in the unbearable room conditions. Clearly the air conditioning did not work or is so poorly maintained that it was almost unbearable during the night and we could hardly sleep. Despite asking staff to look into it, nothing changed and it ruined what was generally a great stay in a great city.

Location is walking distance to old town square,charles bridge,shops,restaurants,tram station..the rooms are small..breakfast is average..limited vegetarian option..the staff is not helpful and rude at reception..once cleaning lady just entered our room without knocking..this place one should only stay for location without any other expectations..the Wifi speed was good..

Great location in Prague.
Hotel room was spacious and bed was comfortable. I found breakfast poor compared to what I had eaten in previous hotels. Staff were friendly but we had to wait a while at checkout. Overall nice hotel and great location.

An excellent hotel in a superb city.
Very comfortable hotel on the famous central square. The staff are friendly, the rooms are spacious and the breakfast is both copious and elegantly presented. The airport transfer system of shared minicabs is excellent and for seniors (over 70) like me, Prague local tranport is free--if you provise an identity photo and éà Czech crowns.

1) They charged my credit card much after check out for unknown charges. I lodged complaint for the same. 2) To reach my room we had to walk 3 corridors and 2 lifts everytime. 3) 3 of the 6 rooms we had the was stinking throughout the day. Probably due to bad / zero ventilation.

The Location is the only thing you are paying for
The Hotel is situated at the best possible place and that's the greatest it gets. The infrastructure is old,The towels are moldy, the breakfast is boring, the TV only plays Czech Channels and is not workig half the time(AnalogTV), the Wi-fi is strong if you're close to a router or else it keeps disconnecting, and they make you pay for everything. That includes instant tea and coffee, and even for asking for empty plates in the room(90CZK to deliver empty plates) I complain because I paid what I would pay for a pretty fancy place elsewhere in Europe . At that price you expect a little more. At least you get more in other Hotels in Europe for that price. On th other hand the staff were very nice and helpful and that's one of the best things about this stay. Stay here if you get a good deal for the location or rlse I'd skip it. Most of thr attractions in prague are within walkingg distance of this place though it's a bit away fromthe airport
