Excellent hotel room as we needed a place close to the hotel without hotel airport prices. The main issue is the lack of parking around the hotel. Spent 30 minutes trying to find a spot.

The accommodation was very spacious and could have had a lounge or a couple of chairs to sit in. Noise from other apartments could be heard, there was heating but no airconditioning so we had to keep the window open all night. It was very close to trams to various areas of the city. The staff were helpful and friendly and I would recommend staying here, but pick the time, not summer.

Avoid at all costs.

I stayed in one of the rooms closer to the door and what a nightmare that was. I could hear every person coming and going and they were loud. I have never seen a hotel with rooms right by the entrance and I now understand why they wouldn’t do that. They didn’t enforce their “no smoking” sign and we could smell cigarette smoke at night time coming into our room. The shower had mold in the curtain and the toilet had a poop stain on the seat when we checked in. The location is sketchy and the entry looked ghetto with a punched hole in the glass siding of the bridge to get inside. Overall, I would not recommend staying at this hotel to anyone.

Good price but not ready for basic things. No Pillow and Blanket. I can get this after 3 hours fighting. At first, she told me, I have to slip without that. After long long complain, she bring this.

Huge room, kitchen area with oven and hob, kettle and sink, but no tea towel or draining area. furniture was a small table and chairs, a bedside table and twin beds. We would have liked to have a desk or console table too. There was a wardrobe but just had shelves. Shower was great, good water pressure, temperature and a big showerhead. Really good transport connections to Prague, but the location and telephone number on Expedia were wrong so we ended up in the wrong location when putting into google maps. The nearest tram stop is Klamovka. It is a short walk west ( away from Prague centre. The area has nothing special although there is a small convenience store which seems to be always open, also Lidl is near the tram stop. Trams make the location ideal. Travel around Prague is easy using the PID app on your phone, and you can pay directly with Apple Pay. Travel costs 30 koruna which is about £1 (Dec 2024).

Loved the Hotel ;.. 50 " TV & wonderful bathroom & shower,... The Kitchenette could use more counterspace, if you're cooking, It's right across the street from the most beautiful park and right next to the Tram, to go anywhere in Prague

This apart hotel is good for price / quality reason. Located not in the center but not far from the tram stop that can take you to the most of the Prague with a connection on Andel. The hotel is on, friendly stuff but they do the cleaning of the room for free only if you stay more than a week! That’s not good, and there are no cleaning tools that will help you to clean the room by yourself. That’s very strange. Otherwise - I like that place for it’s price.

Ich habe ein Zimmer mit einem Doppelbett und zwei Einzelbetten gebucht. Doch das Zimmer, das wir bekommen haben, hatte zwei Doppelbetten. Wir haben uns beschwert, aber man hat uns das Zimmer nicht gewechselt und nur gesagt: „Tut uns leid, alle Zimmer sind ausgebucht, wir können im Moment nichts machen.“ Als wir im Zimmer Abendessen essen wollten, haben wir festgestellt, dass der Herd kaputt ist. Am nächsten Morgen konnte ich auch nicht ausreichend schlafen, weil an einem der Fenster kein Vorhang war und die Sonne direkt ins Zimmer schien.
