WE spent 8 days there in a one bedroom apartment. Loved exploring Prague on foot. The apartment was clean, spacious and modern. Service was helpful and reliable. Price was fine. Only minor issue was initial difficulty with the airco control system that took a bit longer to get sorted out. Would definitely go there again

Hotel decor and cleanliness was very good. Staff spoke English and were polite and friendly. They were able to hold our luggage and also provide late check out. Breakfast had a variety of options. Hotel location was a little bit out of the town centre/old town square however still close to amenities like museum, dancing house etc. We had stayed at the apartment and it was great, I recommend staying here again.

The hotel is located in the heart of Prague, there are bus and tram stops in less than 5 min walking that connects you in 20 min to downtown and the Prague Castle. Breakfast is very rich which is very well welcomed when traveling, the staff is friendly and there is parking available for ~45€ per night (quite expensive). We only stayed for the weekend and they said our room would be soft cleaned (which is ok) but it didn’t happen, everything else was ok!

A great value, pretty central

Overall, very good value. Pretty good location with 10 min walk to several metro stations, ca 15-20 to central train. 15 min to old town. Quiet and spacious. Even had an apartment with separate rooms and kitchen. Would have been more useful had I stayed longer :). Only issue was the shower - uncomfortable for my tastes

The property is doing false advertisement for pool and sauna. No where on the website it says you have to pay to use the facility as it’s owned by another company. I selected this property with pool and sauna so I could relax at night but on arrival I was told will get 5% off if I book the property. I was very disappointed on arrival

The hotel is in a great location, only a few minutes walk from the main area and easily accessible for all areas of the center of Prague. Being slightly off the main route means the hotel is in a quiet place without traffic noise. Images of the rooms are accurate and they are a good size and very comfortable.

Lovely hotel

We had a lovely 3 night stay. The bedroom and bathroom were nice and modern and exceptionally clean. The beds were very comfortable and we didn’t hear any noise from other guests. The breakfast we great, lots of choice, and a good choice of drinks too. The hotel is situated in a quiet location, not far from Wenceslas Square. I would definitely be happy to stay here again and would highly recommend it.

Super hotel

Excellent price on a big room with a separate kitchenette. Good location near two metro stops, and easy walking to downtown. Modern, clean hotel. Good breakfast. Friendly service. I would definitely stay here again.

A 15 minute walk to Old Town and a 5 min walk to the trams or subway. Ales was awesome at the front desk as were the breakfast ladies. Highly recommended. Spa is worth it as well, except the earliest massages available are 3pm so just prepare for that if you’re planning a spa vacation.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would not hesitate to stay again or recommend the hotel to others! The room was extremely clean, comfortable, and modern. The shower was excellent with good water pressure and temperature. The bed was very comfortable, and the AC worked well. It was also very quiet, despite the convenient and walkable location. The staff was very friendly. Could not have had a better stay and am so glad I booked Mamaison Residence!

The property was very clean and modern, the room was toasty and warm with a radiator in the bathroom. What I didn’t like was the breakfast was a bit pricey for what it was and it seemed poorly communicated on the Expedia ad that the spa was separate from the stay (this was decently priced). Otherwise, strongly recommended for quick trips.

Spa don’t belongs to the hotel!

Unfortunately, the hotel is not a wellness hotel as advertised in the pictures, but has a separate spa in the same building, for which you have to pay admission by the hour, which is not clear! For a couple, this can mean an extra €50 per day and you can't just pop into the pool for half an hour, you always have to pay for at least 2 hours. The hotel is otherwise clean. At breakfast you realise that money is being saved. And the reception was extremely unfriendly.

Nice modern hotel. Rooms were spacious and breakfast buffet was good. The hotel is a short walk away from main shops with plenty of restaurants near by. The only downside we had was that the rooms were very warm, which is great when you arrive back after exploring the city but not so great when trying to sleep. The control in the room did not seem to have any effect on the temp so we resorted to keeping open the window.
