Totalt värdelöst ställe

Inget fanns av det som utlovades, ingen frukost, ingen restaurang, ingen terass, ingen room service osv. Wifi funkade nästan inte alls och kylskåpet på rummet var trasigt. Totalt nedstängt hotell och dessutom rakt av otrevlig personal som himlade med ögonen och suckade högt och demonstrativt när man frågade om att tex förslka hitta en kopp kaffe. Uselt hotell helt enkelt, om än skapligt fräscht.

Das Zimmer ist relativ groß aber auf dem Teppich befindet sich Rotweinflecken. In der Toilette fehlt Seife, Kühlschrank und Fernsehen funktionieren nicht etc.

Håndklædevarmeren var i stykker og kunne ikke skrues ned/slukkes, trods lovning af reparation havde vi to MEGET varme nætter på værelset. Ellers et fint ophold

Die Unterkunft war erwähnt mit Restaurant / Bar. Dort gibt es nur Frühstück, das war es! Weitere Auskünfte waren schwierig! Drink in der Mini-Bar nicht dem Hotel entsprechend! Kein shopping in der nähe!

All das was im Internet gezeigt wird, ist nicht vorhanden. Kein Restaurant, kein Biergarten. Zimmer wurden nicht pünktlich gereinigt.

La struttura che si trova in un posto completamente desolato, presenta 4 grossi limiti : - molto distante dal centro di Praga (ho percorso mediamente 30 Km, tra andata e ritorno, per raggiungere la piazza centrale di Praga) - il personale non parla italiano; - la Tv non dispone di canali italiani era presente solo Art in lingua italiana; - la colazione è veramente modesta per quanto gratuita. E' stato impossibile disporre di un banale cappuccino. Curioso il check out. Dovendo lasciare l'albergo alle 3.00 di notte per raggiungere l'Italia, Io con la mia famiglia scendiamo le valigie e cominciamo a caricarle in auto che, per prepararla alla partenza, aveva il motore accesso. Faccio presente che avevo il soggiorno prepagato alla partenza ed avevo anche versato a titolo di cauzione ben 50 euro. Bene, rientrati nella hall io e la mia famiglia per recuperare i residui bagagli e caricarli in auto, l'addetto al ricevimento chiudeva le porte dell'albergo per effettuare la verifica dello stato delle stanze. Avevo fuori la macchina con il motore acceso ed il portellone dell'auto spalancato e buona parte dei bagagli già caricati. Ho atteso il suo arrivo per 10 minuti a seguito della sua puntuale verifica delle stanze. Solo alla ha riaperto le porte e ci ha consentito di partire. Meno male che non ci hanno rubato l'auto con la gran parte dei bagagli all'interno. Questo l'ho trovato veramente assurdo in un albergo a 4 stelle.

Très bon hôtel, propre et belles chambres avec une literie confortable. Dommage pour un hôtel 4 étoiles qu'il n'y ait pas de baignoire. Un autre point négatif c'est qu'il est loin du centre ville et que le check-in est à partir de 14h. Très bon pétit déjeuner et accueil.

Unfreundlicher Service, keine Hilfsbereitschaft, TV ging nicht, Telefon ging nicht. Fragten nach einer extra Decke für unser Baby wurden daraufhin direkt abgewiesen und gab uns nur ein Handtuch!

חוסר אמינות בפרסום - המלון אינו כפי שהוא מבטיח

אנחנו חפשנו מלון עם קזינו וע"פ הפרסום נאמר שיש קזינו ואפילו מראים בתמונות שולחנות עם אנשים שמשחקים ולכן הזמנו את המלון הזה אך בפועל אין קזינו במלון וכל התמונות והפרסום היו שקר אחד גדול כי מה שיש שם זה חדר קטן עם כמה מכונות משחק עלובות, ובעצם אף אחד לא משחק שם והחדר סגור כל הזמן וחבל שגרמתם לנו לבזבז את זמננו בנסיעות למרכז העיר כשעה לכל כיוון כדי להגיע לקזינו נורמלי, אילו היינו יודעים שזה כך לא היינו לוקחים את העיסקה ומחפשים מלון במרכז העיר. בנוסף מצויין שיש מסעדה במלון ואכן גם יש שלט של מסעדה, אבל בפועל לא הצלחנו למצוא אותה (או שהיא לא קיימת או שסגרו אותה ושוב נאלצנו לצאת למרכז כדי לאכול צהריים וערב, מה שמאד הכעיס אותנו, לסיכום אנחנו מאד מאד מאוכזבים מהאמינות שלכם ושל המלון.

Lucky to only stay one night

1. It was very hot outside, just as it was in the room. Upon arrival the windows were ajar. After closing them, and starting what seemed to be the air conditioner, hours later the room was still as hot as outside. The front desk person was told about it, but nothing was done. Not even a fan was offered. It was a very miserable night. Twice I had to go to the front desk to beg some ice as there was no ice machine. I got a soup bowl of ice on both occasions as there was no other container available to use. 2. Breakfast was surely not appealing. The eggs were done like those in an Egg McMuffin but slightly burnt. I left the hotel that morning very hungry. 3. Upon checking out, the front desk clerk actually asked someone to go check the room. I had never experienced that before. 4. It was after leaving that hotel I decided that I'll only use hotels such as Holiday Inns, Hiltons, Best Western etc.

Hotel ogólnie ładny i tylko tyle. Obsługa straszna i niemiła. Spaliśmy trzy noce i przez trzy noce nie było ciepłej wody. Myliśmy się z dziećmi w lodowatej wodzie. Przez trzy noce nie było sprzątane, raz tylko ok 17.00 zapukała sprzątaczka i dołożyła papieru toaletowego.Śniadanie bardzo skromne. Byliśmy ok 9.30 a śniadanie serwują do 10.00 i nie było co zjeść. Zapytałem o sadzone jajka niestety okazało się to niemożliwe do wykonania. Nie polecam.

Ikke hvad man bestiller.

Personalet er rigtig flinkt. Området er langt udenfor byen, men det afspejler prisen. Morgenmaden var spartansk, der var ikke meget at vælge imellem. Vi bestilte et værelse med karbad, men det viser sig at INGEN værelser havde det... Det var heller ikke muligt at få en ekstra dyne til børnene, så vi 4 måtte nøjes med tre dyner. Samlet set er hotellet fint, det er ikke et "dansk standard" 4 stjernens hotel. Det er maks 3.

Booked a business suite for my parents as it was recommended by the hotel, this was because I read a few comments beforehand about their being karaoke noise and they said that the business suite was on the other side of the rooms. However, when they turned up, they were given a standard room. The room didn't come with any basic toiletries either. And they were able to hear the karaoke noise! - I only found out when my parents came back and told me. They offered a refund, stated that the difference of a business room and a standard room was an approx. £23 for a total of 4 nights. Which worked out to be £5.75 difference from a business room to a standard room a night.... My parents also said the hotel turn the internet off after a certain time, I think it may have been midnight... which is a joke! Disappointed with this hotel and the service - only highlight was they were next to the Vietnamese town.

Für den Preis ok.

Hotel war sauber und für den Preis mehr als ausreichend. Und natürlich sind Parkplätze und ein Mittelklasse Frühstück inklusive. Also für Prag super, halt etwas auswärts , aber mit Auto ists ja easy.

Kurztrip

Auf den Werbefotos macht das Hotel einen guten Eindruck. Jedoch haben uns Kleinigkeiten gestört. Dinge, wie ein loser Toilettendeckel oder abgebrochene Duschablagen oder fehlende Gläser und Flaschenöffner zu bereitstehenden Weinflaschen sind einfach nicht so schön. Enttäuscht waren wir auch darüber, dass wir 5 Minuten nach 10 keine Frühstück mehr erhalten haben. Das Buffet war schon abgeräumt und der Kaffeeautomat abgestellt. Wir bekamen "nach Bitten und Betteln" noch ein Cappuccino, den wir jedoch extra bezahlen mussten. Ja, es ist schon rechtens, jedoch auch unfreundlich. Also abgehackt und das nächste Mal noch genauer vorher gucken, soweit möglich ;-)
