We loved our stay. The hotel was very clean and the staff were very kind. The hotel is a little bit out of the main town but very close to the tram stop so it was very easy to get into town. Only downside is that they didn’t change our towels when they say they do on the third day.

The Kings Residence was an en excellent hotel, very convenient for the tram and metro and only a few stops away from "Old Town" Prague. The breakfast was delicious. The room was spacious and clean, toilet and shower room were small but adequate for us. (could have been difficult for a larger person). The staff were friendly and helpful. Would recommend and definitely stay there again.

Great hotel, great staf! Close to public transport. Simple but clean! When we arrived we saw that the sheets werent clean. Probably the person who switched them wounded himself/herself. When we let the staff know and they immediately took action and switched the sheets for us. We had a very pleasant stay

Nice hotel in prague

We very much enjoyed staying at the hotel. There were some minor deficiencies like the air units not working, and the windows not staying open, but nothing that overly detracted from the stay. I would happily stay here again. The only thing to keep in mind is that if you have a rental car and are uncomfortable on small streets, the parking here is almost non-existent and somewhat nerve wracking if you’re not used to it.

Lovely 3 night stay

Fantastic few days here. Really clean and friendly. Reception staff were friendly but didnt speak a great deal of english when we needed to ask about electric adaptors. Rooms were really comfy and brilliant shower. Breakfast was nice, would have been nice to have a few more hot choices such as bacon but plenty of continetal choice.

Very confusing street plus had construction going on. There is nowhere to unload luggage. Parking for this hotel is a 5 minute walk & costa extra. The room was VERY adorable, nice & big, & had a skylight window area. No AC but was ok. Loved the refrigerator in the room.

Breakfast could be Better. Paid for Parking but when we should leave they had let another car in, who blocked our car and no help from reception to get it moved. We got our car our but not without scratching it on the wall next to as it was very limited space

staff was friendly and helpful. You can also ask for late check out z.b 30-mins to 1hr. However, the building has a very thin walls which cause inconvenience over night when your neighbors make showers or watch tv. Also the bad-tab pipe had problem , the water goes very slowly down. The tab in kitchen also was unstable, we afraid if it would come off!! There was no daily room cleaning. Towels were too old which had fabric tears and in some parts, they had wired color of like iron rust sign… I know it was 3 stars hotel but some basic facilities could be improved. Also the floor was carpet which looks dirty. In general I don’t know how I should expect from a 3 start hotel in Prague, but at least my insight might help for improvement.

The room was not very clean. Hairs on the floor of the bathroom and on the furniture. They made the beds once in 5 days without cleaning the bathroom or changing the towels. Our room was separated from the main building, it had very thin walls, we could hear everything going on in the adjacent room and the view was on the parking lot. Breakfast was not very good. There were a few things, almost nothing vegan/lactose free, and it was served in the “basement”. The cleaning ladies woke us up twice at 7 am because they were chatting very loudly in the parking lot our room overlooked.
