The hotel was in an ideal area for getting around but was also very peaceful, the beds were very spacious and comfortable. Staff were very friendly and polite, breakfast was varied and plentiful.

Great Place Near Lots of Attractions

We did only one night here and wish we stayed the whole time we were in Prague. Very friendly receptionist and hotel has all the basic things, including delciious breakfast. Definitely worth it!

garden rooms nice. location was good nice and quiet but only short walk to main squarenot sure on the key code system as took a number of atempts to get to work on the main door at night. Breakfast had a goood choice

Room was great, very spacious with tea/coffee making facilities and a fridge. Quiet even though the road in front of the hotel is busy, the room overlooked a quiet courtyard. Mattresses were comfortable but the pillows weren't ideal. The bathroom was excellent with a great shower. Breakfast was excellent, great choice and included in the hotel cost. Staff were friendly and helpful. I would definitely recommend the Hotel Museum.

プラハ中央駅から徒歩10分圏内で、主要な観光地へも徒歩でアクセスできる高立地であった点、朝食の種類が豊富で美味しかった点がよかったです。 客室は2階でしたが、エレベーターがなく、大きな荷物を持っての昇り降りが大変でした。Wi-Fiが故障中とのことでしたが、早く直ればいいなと思います。

Das Hotel liegt perfekt und erfüllt seinen Zweck. Die Abzüge erfolgen da einige des Personal noch Höflichkeit und Lächeln vermeiden, wir an 3 von 4 Tagen Wlan-Ausfall hatten und unser Zimmer, obwohl eigentlich zum stillen Garten nach hinten durch die laut fallende Gebäudetür, die hörbare U-Bahn, den summenden Generator und andere Gäste sehr laut wahr. Dazu fanden wir die Betten sehr weich, so dass wir wenig bis kaum Schlaf gefunden haben. Das betraf aber unser Zimmer - die anderen dürften besser sein.

The hotel had a strong musty smell as soon as we walked in, which was really unpleasant. On top of that, the person at the front desk was rude and unhelpful, making us feel uncomfortable from the very beginning. I definitely do not recommend this place.

Hotel molto carino, comodissimo per la posizione attaccato ai mezzi di trasporto, posizione centralissima. Bella stanza confortevole, unica pecca forse il fatto che era a piano terra entravano tipo dei lombrichi neri nella stanza. Per il resto tutto ok.

The staff was exceptionally helpful. I lost something and he went out of his way to help me fill out the lost form online. Thank you for being so kind to a very weary traveller. The room was small but clean. It was good for our stay. The breakfast was very good. Lots of good choices. Will definitely stay there again.

Blandad upplevelse. Okej för en natt, men inte mer Rummet och frukosten var helt okej. Rent, enkelt, godkänt för en övernattning. Ingen parkering vid hotellet. Närmaste garage kostar 35 euro per dygn. Gatuparkering kan gå, men inte lätt. Största problemet: festande gäster från kl 21 till 05. Högljudda i korridoren och utanför. Ingen personal på plats. Vi försökte få hjälp, men receptionen var tom både på natten och morgonen efter. Vi kommer kontakta hotellet för kompensation. Ett hotell måste ha bemanning och kunna hantera störningar.

Le personnel était extrêmement gentil et attentionné. Le buffet, abondant et varié. Comme le jour de notre départ, nous devions quitter l’hôtel avant le service du petit déjeuner, on nous a préparé un délicieux et copieux petit déjeuner à emporter (sandwiches, fruits, etc…) Nous recommandons vivement l’Hôtel Museum.

BED BUGS - MANAGEMENT NOT TAKING ISSUE SERIOUSLY

There were bed bugs omalla three needs in our room. The friendly young man at the reception organised us another hotel but the next the the management sent us an email claimng that the insects were not neg bugs but spiders. We have photos of them and they were bed bugs. I find absolutely untesponsible behaviour from the management to belittle the issue especially If the bed bugs find their way to the luggage and to visitors’ homes, not to mention the weeks’ long itching from the bites.

La ubicación excelente, al llegar en tren. A media cuadra estación del metro. Nos recibieron en resguardo las maletas tanto a la llegada como el día del check out... Eso se aprecia. La chica de recepción con muy buen modo atiende. Lo mejor: el desayuno, variado, muy buen sabor, abundante en cantidades. Lo que le faltó a la habitación: aire acondicionado o por lo menos ventiladores.

Kleines Hotel, super für Prag Trip geeignet, zentral am Wenzelsplatz,gegenüber Museum gelegen. Trotzdem ruhig,kleiner Garten im Hof zum entspannen. Zimmer mit Kühlschrank und Kaffeemaschine, Frühstück reichhaltig. Angenehmer Aufenthalt.
