We loved everything at this hotel. Beautiful art deco style, very clean, great staff. Bed was comfortable (a little firm) great shower/bath and the breakfast and happy hour was top notch. We got room w balcony and city views. The best!

Hotel was very clean and staff was very friendly and helpful. Wall in the rooms are not soundproof at all which is a surprise because I thought that was listed that they were soundproofed. Our neighbouring room woke us up one morning with them talking. Water pressure in the shower was very weak, to the point where it ask it difficult to shower. This was on the 4th floor. Unsure if all rooms are like this. No electrical outlets

The room was lovely and clean,beds were comfortable. A little noisy at night. Perfect location for dining options and shopping. Staff were pleasant. Breakfast was plentiful and lots of options. Security was good. A lovely stay.
