I have stayed here 3 times total since 2021. I made a reservation for the Royal Suite that includes not only a large bath with sprayer but also a separate free-standing shower. It's listed on the Expedia description this way that the room has also a separate shower and I stayed in that particular Suite in 2021. I was given a Suite of equal square footage and rooms but no separate shower This was annoying. I am 60 years old; we were there for a week in this room and climbing in and out of the bath that is up two tiled steps is dangerous and there is no handle for support. If it was just for 2 nights it wouldn't matter, but it was for 7 nights. If I booked that type of room, it should have been reserved for me as it is listed on Expedia.

The hotel claims 4 stars but the service and cleanliness do not match. Reception is only open between 11am and 10pm. At checkout, you leave the keys in the room, since there is no one around, and no one in case you need help. Room is dirty, dusty, has not been vacuumed. Bathroom is moldy, black mold growing on the tiles everywhere. Drain clogged causes water to accumulate in the shower pan. The "tools" are there (heating, cooling, fridge, phone, etc) to earn the 4 stars, but the quality of the service and the cleanliness is lacking, leaving a sour taste in the experience.

Comfortable Stay in a Great Location I had a comfortable stay at Klarinn Hotel Prague Castle. The room was spacious and well-appointed, offering a relaxing base for exploring the city. The location is excellent—just a short walk from the castle and other historic sights. However, the bathroom, particularly the toilet, could have been better maintained and cleaner.

Bed was comfortable and room was extremely spacious. However, there was no hot water every day after around 10pm. Also found several little midges (fly like bugs) on my bed, most likely because the window was left open when I checked into my room. For those with accessibility issues, be wary that the elevator stops between floors so you’ll have to walk down a flight of stairs either way after using the elevator.

Room was really nice and big, maybe a little bit old. Location of the hotel is fantastic between castle and old town. Metro station very close. And the price was awesome! I can recommend this place :)

Great staff and location

Great and helpfull staff and the hotel was in an awesome area - central, yet shielded from the worst tourist crowds. It held the standard of a three star hotel, both in good and bad terms. Not a super bed, but all in all OK for a few days.

It's cheap. Air conditon worked. Beds were ok, but... Stains on the sheets, when we arrived. Cold water in the bath - only bathtub, no shower. TV - did'nt work Phone - didn't work. Ants in the room. One window broken. Carpet with dirt from a few decades. Receptionist casually rolled a cigarette at the disk, when we checked out. Best: It's cheap. Air conditon worked. Beds were ok. Would not go there again.

I usually don’t leave reviews on hotels but I feel that this particular hotel needs to be reviewed simply because we were so disappointed with our ten day stay in a the Klarinn Hotel that is obviously nothing more than a “Cash Cow” for the owner, and nothing more than that. Prior to our arrival I had great communication with the hotel. They arranged for us to be picked up at the airport, and even said that we could leave our bags in their office because we would arrive prior to the check-in time of 2pm. And even though the front desk didn’t open until 10am, the young woman, that was working the day of our arrival, opened the hotel early, just for us, because she knew that we would arrive before they opened. She even told us that she would try to have our room cleaned and ready prior to the normal 2pm check-in time and would message us when the room was prepared. And by 11:30am our room was ready. At first sight, our room looked nice. It was old; which is what we wanted, and it seemed to be clean. There were towels and soap in the bathroom. The bed was covered with two duvet covers and two pillows. There were two attractive old-world chairs with a matching table, an armoire and a beautiful old display case. There was even an in-wall safe. But things would change when arrived back to the room that evening. The bathroom had no shower, just a bathtub with a handheld showerhead, which was no problem. We just thought it would have been nicer if there was a curtain to help cont

The room was gorgeous but not well maintained. For example, no shampoo and conditioner, no cattle, no tea cups. The bathroom had bidet and deep, very nice bathtub; however the toilet was dirty and no ability to take a shower, no shower curtain as well. We were not able to indicate if we are slip and don’t want to be disturbed as well as to let cleaning ladies know that we left the room. The location is absolutely primary, reception services are great.

No responses to 5 emails sent. no one at the front desk until 10 am and no one after 10 pm. No electricity on two occasions. Sat n the dark for two hours until fixed. No hot water when the electricity is out. Furnishings are old Mattresses need replacing as well as the pillows. Chairs were worn out. Frayed wire on one of the lamps. we stayed in the junior suite
