Property was ideally located and quiet. Breakfast had excellent range of food and excellent staff. Room very tired and needs a good deep clean, pool closed for refurbishment which we were not informed about. I would only rate at 3 star maximum

Another weekend trip

We were redirected to EA Julis from original booking, slight inconvenience due to parking situation, but location was well worth the change. Directly in the middle of the Winter market, lots to do, easy walking.

I stayed at this hotel with my brother for four nights to celebrate his birthday in Prague. The location is fantastic – right in the heart of Wenceslas Square, with plenty of bars, shops, cafes and restaurants within walking distance. However, be aware that this area can be a bit touristy, and some places might charge higher prices for food and drinks compared to other parts of the city. The hotel room was spacious and spotless. The staff were generally friendly and helpful, but one staff member seemed a bit unfriendly after we checked out. They wouldn't let us use the toilet and questioned how long we planned to store our baggage, given our late flight that night. It was a minor issue, though, and overall, I'd recommend this hotel for its great location and comfortable rooms.

The staff was good and attentive. The room was spacious but the bed was on the smaller side of "queen." The circuit breaker tripped the entire floor we were on when we adjusted the bedside lamp, so i do have concerns about the wiring within the hotel. The staff quickly attended to the problem, but it was still a concerning issue. The location was great and convenient to anywhere in Old Town Prague.

The location is great. We got to visit most of Prague just by walking. Our room was quiet and large. The hotel advertises that they have a fitness center and swimming pool but these are separate businesses, so you need to pay extra and availability for hotel guests might be limited: the swimming pool, for instance, was only available after 8pm. The room had a kitchenette, microwave and larger fridge than usually found in hotels: very convenient for families (although we ended up eating out most of the time).

If you like being ripped off, Hotel Julis is the place for you. They put pool photos in their Expedia page despite NOT HAVING A POOL. They list a pool as an amenity and there are other amenities that are listed that they charge you for. But you have to go off the property and pay 10 euros for the pool that they don't have. My safe didn't work. They said they'd fix it but didn't. The room was not very clean. It's not a nice property on any level. But the lying and gaslighting is the worst.

Hotellet uppger att de har ett fullvärdigt spa. Pool finns och är öppen mellan kl 20-22/23 på kvällen. Poolen ligger i källaren uppfyller i våra ögon inte det som bilderna visar. Ingen restaurang eller bar ebjöds under vår vistelse. Den terass som beskrivs ligger utanför frukostrestaurangen på våning 3 och var således stängd under resterande timmar. Hotellet är i övrigt prisvärt med god service och rena rum. Utmärkt läge i centrala Prag med gångavstånd till de flesta utflyktsmål och bra shopping precis utanför.

Belle chambre, confortable et excessivement bien située. Attention! La piscine est payante (12 euros par personne) et accessible seulement entre 20h et 23h le soir. L'air climatisé de la chambre est assez faible, mais tout le reste était super. Le plus grand avantage est certainement l'emplacement de l'hôtel: directement dans le centre-ville!
