Hotel is great and conveniently located above the train station. Easy train ride to get to city center. Check in was complicated as the front desk kept saying we had 2 reservations and Petra at front desk kept insisting we should call the booking agency to ask why that happened. Despite us communicating we had a confirmation email indicating we only had reserved 1 room. After a long day of travel it was very irritating. We did our reservation through Expedia and everything was paid in full in advance. Any error was not on our part. Other than That our stay was great, room was great, bfast is great with lots of choices and some gf choices available. However, staff at restaurant need more knowledge about gluten, celiac. We would stay here again. The mall adjacent to hotel has options for food court and groceries, others too.

Ich hatte einen fantastischen Aufenthalt in diesem Hotel und komme definitiv gerne wieder. Hier sind die Details: • Die Zimmer: Absolut top! Die Zimmer sind sehr geräumig, stilvoll und modern eingerichtet. Besonders hervorzuheben ist die Sauberkeit – man fühlt sich sofort willkommen. Die Betten waren unglaublich bequem, was für einen erholsamen Schlaf gesorgt hat. • Das Personal: Ein großes Lob an das Team! Alle Mitarbeiter waren ausgesprochen freundlich und hilfsbereit. Man merkt, dass hier der Gast noch König ist. • Das Frühstück: Das Buffet war ein echtes Highlight. Eine riesige Auswahl, frische Produkte und geschmacklich einfach top. Ein perfekter Start in den Tag! Ein kleiner Hinweis für Autofahrer: Die hoteleigene Garage ist zwar sicher und praktisch, aber preislich leider recht sportlich angesetzt. Hier sollte man vorab das Budget prüfen oder nach Alternativen in der Nähe schauen. Fazit: Wer Wert auf moderne Zimmer, erstklassigen Service und ein überragendes Frühstück legt, ist hier genau richtig. Trotz der teuren Parkgebühren eine klare Weiterempfehlung!

Sehr schönes, sauberes Zimmer (Executive). Großes Bett, riesiges Frühstück (leider sehr voll, wir waren aber auch über Ostern da). Das Hotel befindet sich in einem Einkaufszentrum mit allem was man braucht. Die Metro hält direkt im Gebäude (per Rolltreppe erreichbar). Super Anbindung, Parkhaus etwas eng bei der Einfahrt aber sehr groß. Wir würden auf jeden Fall wieder kommen!

Das Zimmer war sehr sauber und hervorragend ausgestattet. Auch die Größe war optimal. Das Frühstücksbuffet mit so vielen frischen, hochwertigen Speisen, frischem Obst, vielfältigem Gebäck und verschiedenen Säften, Kaffee und Teesorten sieht man selten in eine Hotel. Das Personal ist sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Ein sehr gut ausgestattetes Fitnessstudio ergänzt das Angebot. Ich kann clarion Congress wärmstens empfehlen.

Hotellet var dejligt. Værelser og badeværelse er en pæn størrelse, og alt er nyt og rent. Morgenmaden var meget god. Der var rigtig meget at vælge imellem, og kvaliteten var høj. Hotellet ligger i kort gåafstand til O2 Arena, og med direkte adgang til shopping center med food court og metro station. Spaen var der ikke så meget af. Det viste sig at det ikke var inkluderet i min pris alligevel, men det kostede så kun 349 CZK, så det valgte jeg at betale, da jeg havde taget mit badetøj med, og havde set frem til at slutte dagen i en varm jacuzzi. Omklædningsrummet bliver også brugt af folk der bruger fitness centret til deres daglige træning, det er OK. Bruserne var ret kolde og kunne ikke justeres. Inde i spaområdet er der 2 jacuzzier. Den ene var ikke i brug, og var blokeret for brug. Jeg satte mig i den anden. Efter 10 minutter var der stadig ikke kommet bobler, så jeg gik ud igen og spurgte en medarbejder. Det viste sig at den 2. Jacuzzi også var ude af drift. Så tænkte jeg at jeg ville prøve dampbadet, men man må ikke have badetøj på i hverken dampbad eller sauna, man får udleveret et lagen man kan vikle om sig. Men da en nøgen mand kom ud af dampbadet, uden lagen eller noget, havde jeg heller ikke så meget lyst til det. Jeg tog mit tøj på igen, og gik tilbage til hotellet og tog et fredeligt karbad i stedet.

L'hotel est bien situé. Le parking sous terrain sécurisé est accessible facilement, prix raisonnable 17€/jour. Check-in facile et rapide, personnel agréable, Hotel propre. La chambre (standard) est grande et nous avions un 3ème lit pour notre enfant. Cafetière en chambre, salle avec fers et planches à repasser accessible. Petit déjeuner copieux avec un grand choix de produit, y aller de bonne heure pour être au calme (+ de 500 chambres, ça fait du monde à table !). Pas de frig o dans les chambres standards, un coffre fort est disponible (une tablette en 15 pouces rentre sans problème). Une station de métro est au pieds de l'hotel (Ligne B) et relie le centre ville de Prague en moins de 15 minutes. Les - de 15 ans ne paient pas les transports et il existe des pass 24H et 72H sur le site pid litacka. Un centre commercial jouxte l'hotel ainsi qu'une salle de sport dans laquelle se trouve l'espace piscine de l'hotel. L'accès est permis sur présentation de la carte de la chambre. Les mineurs doivent quitter le bassin à compter de 16h. Malgré la proximité avec l'aéroport, nous n'avons entendu aucun avion ou autre bruit pendant notre séjour. Des restaurants se trouvent facilement autour de l'hôtel (l'indien Chef Sultan est parfait et peu onéreux). Le personnel de l'hôtel est souriant, gentil et à l'écoute ! Le restaurant de l'hôtel est très bien également. Un très bon hôtel pour découvrir Prague et ses environs.

Es war nicht mein erstes Mal und auch nicht mein letztes Mal in dem Hotel. Das Hotel ist sehr gut, groß, bietet viel Platz. Die Zimmer sind genauso so schön und passt alles. Frühstücksraum ist auch sehr groß und bietet viel Auswahl. U-Bahn direkt unter dem Hotel.

I arrived a day late due to a delayed flight from Australia and they had sold my room that i had prepaid for. This is despite me emailing the hotel to advise i would be late arriving. I was supposed to be attending a conference at the hotel and had to travel 30 minutes from another hotel. Very upset and poor service.

I was a little disappointed, room was only cleaned on really low effort, the blankets in the room had a really strange format (too short, i am 1.85m), the AC (even outside it was like cold) was blowing all night and had always to be turned of manually on request (but was running automatically again from 6am in the morning), so you woke always up super cold, there was no option to turn it off permanent or heat. Staff at the bar was good, the rest was also not too attentive, i did not enjoy this stay much and wished would have done another hotel choice.

Das Frühstück ist einfach fantastisch, die Unterkunft sauber, das Personal nett, gute Parkmöglichkeiten und man kommt direkt aus dem Hotel in die U Bahn und ist in wenigen Minuten nur in der Prager Innenstadt.
