House in a great location! Kafka’s head is literally at 10 sec on the left of the appartment!! Mall, supermarkets, metro, and tram stops are super close. The Old Town is an 8-minute walk away and very easy to get to. The apartment is new and in excellent condition!

Location is walkable to town square and Tesco supermarket nearby. Amenities is good with full kitchen equipment. Downside is the poor sound proofing, the old lift cranking sounds and neighbor noises makes it hard to sleep.

Nice place

Nice apartment, fair size, bright and clean. Big comfy bed. TV has HDMI port. Good location. Close to a big Tesco with loads of choice, good prices. Walking distance to square, bridge, a bit further to cathedral but nice walk. Loads of places to eat and soak up the atmosphere neerby. Lift takes you to one floor below the top so need to take a few steps and the lift is noisy at night so take ear plugs if you don’t want to be disturbed. We asked about early check in but was told keep a check on the online key, it will update when the room is ready, however if never did. We tried the digital key at the property 10 mins before check in and it worked so I’m not sure how effective the system is at updating. Regardless they don’t have to meet requests for early check in so 10 mins was a bonus!

Perfect for a few days!

Loved the location and how easy it was to get around! The room was small and quaint but exactly what I needed. I will say that the walls are thin and you can hear people going up and down the stairs and you can also hear people outside. But I wasnt in the room much and I'm a heavy sleeper so it wasnt an issue for me.

The apartment was clean, comfortable and safe. We appreciated that it had a washer. We wish a drying rack had been present, but we managed to hang dry our clothes on hangers. From the outside the apartments don’t look like much, but inside they are spacious for the price and have everything we needed for our stay. Everything we wanted to see was within walking distance.

Amazing location in the heart of Old Town. Hard to find at first as it’s within a business foyer. Clean and spacious room. No AC and if you open the window it’s nosy (but comes with being in a center location) there is a club at the basement. Will be staying here again. Great value!

The apartment is in the center of Prague (near the head of Kafka): very handy. Just right there there are two shopping centers where you can buy anything you need (for example, we bought toothbrushes, that we forgot to bring from home). The apartment was comfortable having everything we needed. The bed was comfortable, the bathroom clean (like the rest of the apartment to be honest) and relatively large. We stayed for 3 days and we didn't use the kitchen at all (we didn't need to). The main entrance of the building isn't really pretty, but who cares? Only one thing: the cooker hood had a problem, since at night when we were in the bed, it turned on by itself and we couldn't stop it, since the button to control it were missing (like they had been removed). Then, after like 10 minutes, it stopped by itself and that never happen again in the next days.

First, the positives. The apartment is in a great location, close to the centre with a shop (Tesco) nearby as well as a food court and Levels (200+ arcade games!). It was described as having "a fully equipped kitchenette". All the appliances worked with plenty of plates, cups, cutlery etc. However, there's no tea, coffee, sugar or milk so bring your own. Grateful for the Tescos around the corner. There were far more negatives. Unfortunately, the apartment as well as the corridor/lobby is in desperate need of some renovations and TLC. There were holes in the paint and the shower leaked. The worst is that there was no heating during our stay. The radiators were ice cold to the touch and the place was freezing. We called for help, the technician bleed the radiators and left one of them leaking. They did come back to fix that but they were still ice cold, we were informed that the whole city was having a "heating shortage". The bed had thin sheets so it was a very uncomfortable few days with poor sleep; not helped by two tiny pillows and thinner curtains. I selected this apartment for me and my boyfriend as a simple "place to lay our heads", this was the most uncomfortable part of the stay. Cold, uncomfortable, woken by the lift and at the crack of dawn. I wouldn't stay again.

No aircondition - noisy - central

Our apartment was on the 4th floor. The building itself is very poorly isolated, between floors, walls, etc. Meaning that even if it is 15 degrees Celsius outside, it is 30 degrees inside. Because there is no aircondition, or (de)humidifier, the inside climate was horrible. Furthermore, we could hear anyone on the floor, the floor above and below walking or talking. The apartment itself is fine, there is room, it is clean, it has what you need. The location is very central, with all that entails in regards to noise.

Not exactly how it looks in the pictures especially for the price we paid. Its quite dated property. Check in instructions were sent on time.We arrived late , and it was difficult finding the exact location. In pictures they have shown is a mall close by not the actual apartment . Its not even signposted where actual entrance was should have been clearer or at least properly guided with check in instruction. Check in time is 10am which I feel is too early , should at least be 11am like everywhere else . They actually knocked on the door 15 minutes before 10 !!and stood outside waiting for us to leave ! Good point is location , very central and walkable to most places .

The apartment is large and really great. Amenities great. The elevator is almost too scary to use. But still the apartment was so awesome we dealt with it. Here’s the important part, when renting this apartment. The pictures show an area near by, ( The silver man head) it’s not there. This is going to confuse you. To find the location, when looking straight at the man and the Starbucks, you go to the right. Down an alley shopping area. There is a “Textile store” it’s in red letters. Across from there is another small alleyway. It’s in there. You’ll see a shop with Persian items and gifts. The entrance is across from there. Use the small key pad for your code. They WILL answer at the phone number they send you but they own many properties so have your information ready if you need to ask questions. Check in was rough, however, once in it’s a great apartment.
