    Take an ultimate experience to stay in a exquisite apartment connected to the famous Charles Bridge. The 14th house is a cultural heritage. The newly redesigned flat is a mix of timeless elegance and luxury. The flat is surrounded by nice restaurants and famous sights, all within a walking distance.

    Taking care of only this apartment ensures that the services which i put at the disposal of my guests in Prague are tailored to the needs of each individual.

    The sophisticated apartment is located in a rebuild historic building from the 14th century (on of the first palaces in Prague) with the view of the Charles Bridge tower. The lesser town area is very quiet, full of green vegetation and tiny streets like from a fairy tale.

    The remodeled apartment is decorated for an extra comfort of the guests. All windows are isolated and soundproof.

    We will try to accommodate your requirements for early/ late check-in depending on the arrival time of the next guest. We can also provide luggage storage near the Old Town Square.

    The apartment is on the first floor accessible by elevator.

We absolutely loved the apartment! Incredibly clean, spacious, and safe (multiple keys needed to get to the room). The location is fantastic, you step outside and you're at the bridge. Just a tip - you get the keys across from the apartment. We were a little confused at first but then figured it out.

The apartment is a lovely quiet little oasis in a busy tourist area. It’s central location is close to the tram, taxi stand so it is easy to get to all city sectors. Quant cafes and wine bars are close. The check in process is easy and the apartment is well appointed and spotless.

Loved our stay! Host was immediately available when we were confused with the check in process. Personally escorted us up to the apartment so that we could store our luggage before check in time. He had the cleaning ladies prepare the sofa bed for us, which was really nice. Coffee, biscotti in the kitchen. Very clean and beautifully furnished.

The location of this flat was amazing. We couldn't get over how cool it was. Every night when we were out late, we got to walk across the Charles Bridge totally by ourselves right to the place! Inside the apartment had everything we needed, and it was very cozy. Loved the decor and the view was amazing. Definitely stay here before someone else books it!!

Lovely flat and excellent location! My only recommendation would be to specify the number of the flat, when we arrived to our floor we had not been given a flat number, so we ended up trying our key in every flat on the floor , naturally our success came on the last one we tried. Flat is furnished and organized beautifully. Lots of storage. Perfect location!!

This place lives up to its description and so much more. It is in excellent location for sightseeing and also restaurants, bistros, and pubs. The Tram stop is literally a 3-4 minute leisurely walk lined with shops and places to eat. Communication was excellent, apartment condition was phenomenal, location is fantastic. It’s such a great place, easily 10 out of 10. It was so clean and well-appointed. So beautiful, so safe. The next time I come to Prague, I hope I can stay here again. Na zdraví!!

Fantastic apartment!

Fantastic apartment! Location could not be beat - it's literally a few feet away from the Karlov Bridge, you will have tourists taking pictures at the door of your building's entrance. Walkable distance to both the old town (10 mins to cross the bridge) and the Prague Castle / St. Vitus Cathedral (15 mins uphill). Radek is a very helpful and friendly host, he helped us with recommendations and was always very responsive. This was a 5 star stay, highly recommended. We will stay here again if we come to Prague again in the future.

This is a beautiful property with all the modern conveniences. The location cannot be beat, right next to the walkway over Charles Bridge which takes you to Old Town. Lots of restaurants nearby but our favorite was Roesel. I highly recommend staying here.
