Staff to help me with my last minute check in was very friendly, professional and patient with me. The process was a breeze with her help. The location was unexpectedly awesome as we were in the middle of it all. The property was super cute, very spacious! I would highly recommend this spot!

The location is excellent, right in the center of old Prague, but at night it was very loud from drunk people till the wee hours of the morning. But the location is so close to everything. The room was spacious and clean but the refrigerator was broken, the door didn’t close so we couldn’t have cold drinks. Overall I would recommend this place, just put in ear plugs or headphones to block the sound of the boisterous people. It was funny until it went passed 3.

Hotel Aurus has the perfect location. Everything is pretty much walking distance. A lot of shops and restaurants around. We really enjoyed our stay. Although, one night during our stay, the people on the streets were a little loud.

Awesome location in the middle of old town. The place was easy to find and is absolutely charming. The view was stunning, we almost didn’t want to leave the room because of it. We had a suite on the third floor of a historical building in the middle of Old Town right between Charles Bridge and Old Town Square. Very walkable to everywhere, lots of shops and restaurants within easy reach. The suite was spacious with historical painted wood ceilings but a modern bed and bathroom. There was also a queen bed in the main living area. The only small thing missing was conditioner in the shower, otherwise we had all we needed. The building is accessible to a point: there is an elevator, but there is a step up from the street, a heavy narrow doorway and narrow passages. Also note that there is no reception/staff on site. This was not an issue for us in any way, but just be aware that registration is done over email and there is a number to call if you need help.
