Hotel Aurus has the perfect location. Everything is pretty much walking distance. A lot of shops and restaurants around. We really enjoyed our stay. Although, one night during our stay, the people on the streets were a little loud.

We had a suite on the third floor of a historical building in the middle of Old Town right between Charles Bridge and Old Town Square. Very walkable to everywhere, lots of shops and restaurants within easy reach. The suite was spacious with historical painted wood ceilings but a modern bed and bathroom. There was also a queen bed in the main living area. The only small thing missing was conditioner in the shower, otherwise we had all we needed. The building is accessible to a point: there is an elevator, but there is a step up from the street, a heavy narrow doorway and narrow passages. Also note that there is no reception/staff on site. This was not an issue for us in any way, but just be aware that registration is done over email and there is a number to call if you need help.

Our room at the Aurus could not have been more ideal. The room, which is pretty much a small apartment, is located inside a historical, 16th century building, in the middle of Old Town Prague. The room had all the comfort and was surprisingly extremely quite even if there were millions of tourists outside our window. Checking in digitally was a breeze and we never had to ask for help. The Aurus will definitely be on topo of our list when we ever come back to Prague

Location is amazing. A couple hundred yards from the St Charles Bridge. And less of a walk to Old Town Square. The flow of people runs right by our place, yet it was quiet and fine. Great location: I’m giving four stars because the bed blankets are small if you’re a 6’3 American male. Either you’re cold or you’re comfortable w these blankets. My wife said a little more update to the room wound be nice. The shower/bathroom was great.
