They charge 17 euros for parking ,but you can park way cheaper in a lot a block away, swimming pool is big but it had no water in it,there is a bowling alley that's great in the hotel ,rooms are decent size ,they don't give very many towels,no laundry in hotel ,no iron and ironing board,food at breakfast is excellent,rooms are clean,

Very close to the metro station. Rooms and breakfast variety are excellent. Afghan Mahdi at the reception was very friendly and helpful. Do not hesitate to stay at this hotel. You can stay comfortably with your family. There is also a supermarket called Lidle very close to the hotel.

Was a very popular hotel, with coach loads of tourists, which meant it was noisy at times, Parking worked out to be very expensive for an overnight stay. almost £15. Bar and Restaurant very nice, but anything other than a local white wine is almost £10 per glass

Absolutely horrible. Property chosen specifically for LOCATION. Relocated without notice to a different part of the city costing time and money. This happened to a number of other guests as well. No proper explanation given. While the replacement option met room standard that was booked (that property on its own was good all around, including service), it did not have some of the other facilities of interest and again, the most important detail for my travel itinerary, location. AWFUL. DO NOT RECOMMEND. WAS PROMISED AT FRONT DESK THAT I WOULD HEAR FROM MANAGEMENT IMMEDIATELY TO FORMALLY COMPLAIN AND DISCUSS COMPENSATION. I'M STILL WAITING.

Amazing staff and facilities would go back in a heartbeat. Breakfast was also great with much variety. Location was perfect, quiet away from the city but subway was directly across the street which made traveling easy. Spa is perfect. I had a perfect massage. Just a Fantastic establishment all around.

Could be better if elements of service improve
Hotel is nice but let’s itsekf down on aspects of its service. This included taking 1 hour to bring an iron and ironing board to my room. I went to meetings and returned after 3pm two days in a row and room still wasn’t cleaned. Room service visited room around 4pm to change sheets and towels by which stage it was too late as I had returned to room to do work.

I really liked this hotel. It was clean and modern. All the staff were friendly and helpful. The facilities at the hotel especially the pool and the bowling alley. The breakfast was great too, lots of choice and variety.
