With a view of the sea, the holiday home La Dimora della Luna in Pozzallo is perfect for a relaxing holiday. The 2-storey property consists of a living room, a fully-equipped kitchen on the upper floor, 3 bedrooms and 1 bathroom on the ground floor and can therefore accommodate 6 people. Additional amenities include high-speed Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls), air conditioning, a washing machine as well as a TV. A baby cot is also available.
In case of 6 guests, it will be given access to a studio apartment located on the ground floor of the same building with a double bed, kitchen, and bathroom.
The holiday home boasts a private outdoor area with a balcony and an open terrace, where can enjoy your meals, covered with a parasol.
The location of the property is ideal for those who do not want to travel by car. On foot, within 5 minutes you can reach bars, bakeries, restaurants, pharmacies etc. The main street is about 250m away as well as the sea with beaches. The port can be reached in about 10-15 minutes on foot. From the port, you can get to all the nearby islands.

Wunderschöne Wohnung in bester Umgebung
Die Wohnung ist sehr geräumig, modern und hat ausreichend Platz. Die Kommunikation mit der Besitzerin der Wohnung hat sehr gut geklappt. Man konnte sehr gut auch auf Englisch kommunizieren und es war möglich auch Fragen zu stellen, die direkt und freundlich beantwortet wurden. Man ist in ca. 8 Gehminuten an einem großen Strand und 5 Gehminuten an einem kleineren. Die Lage ist perfekt. Kleinere Läden sind in der unmittelbaren Umgebung und ein größerer Supermarkt (Franzys&Food) 10 Fahrminuten entfernt. Der Strand ist sauber, das Wasser ist klar und die Strandbar sehr preiswert und nett.
Man ist schnell in den nächsten Städten (z.B. Modica).
