"This hotel was really fantastic. The staff were friendly and very helpful. The location is excellent, breakfast buffet was really good, lots of options. We used the gym and the pool. Definately will make this our hotel of choice when coming to San Jose for errands."

"Every thing was great . The only reason for 4 stars and not 5 was we kept having issues with air conditioner going off. Desk sent someone 3 different times, but after a bit it would not work again . It probably needs a new unit in the villa we were in."
