I stayed her before and the hotel it is beautiful, clean and friendly staff. Every time I received through Expedia I get the worst room the hotel has. This time I got a room 204 what you could heard the loud bar music. Luckily they stop the music by 10pm.

The property is very deteriorated. The entire hotel looks very moldy and unattended. Our room 226 was so moldy we spent all night coughing it was extremley humid. The basic room was so small we were hitting each other with the furniture it was a 2 beds room and there was barely any space for our luggage. The AC was blowing room temperature air not cool. The fridge did not cool to a safe temperature and not to mention everything was unplugged when we arrived to the room letting all our food we had to spoil. theres no ac all around the hotel only in the room the auto sliding door to the back pool was disconnected. breakfast was only from 7 to 9 so you have to wake up early to catch good food they wouldnt refill towards the end. laundry room was not working and when we ask for a courtesy discount to upgrade to a suite they refused making us pay full price for an overpriced room/hotel. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS HOTEL TO ANYONE, IT NEEDS A LOT OF WORK, DONT STAY HERE.

Very nice employees. especially the housekeeping staff and restaurant morning cook. Great location that is very safe with nice rooms for the price. This was my 2nd time staying here. I’ll be back again and again.

A great hotel
A bit distant from center of Poza Rica but the personal service is first class. Complimentary breakfast is included but note that the grill station charges for the omelette, huevos rancheros, etc., but the cook does not inform you of that, whereas other hotels do not. I had them charge it to my room (unhappily) as I was in a hurry. Upon check out the charge was quickly dismissed upon my complaint but was informed that there is a tiny gard to notice-small sign by the station. I requested a taxi to the bus station and to my surprise, the receptionist told me that their free airport shuttle would take me to the ADO downtown station at no charge. A wonderful gesture. front desk staff is super friendly.

Excellent Hotel Close to Tajin
The hotel and staff were excellent. We were a large group of 33 from the United States. The restaurant provided a large dinner with wonderful selections. The breakfast was tasty, convenient, and clean. We visited Tajin and Tecolutla for the day and the hotel was a convenient distance. The pool was also a real plus.

Excellent service and very nice pool area
We stayed here with our four children for a week and can't say enough how lovely the staff were. There was always someone at the front desk who spoke English and was happy to help us with whatever we needed. The most valuable thing they did for us was put us in adjoining rooms with a connecting door. This is always our request but seldom does it ever actually happen. We were thrilled! We were there over Valentine's Day and took part in a romantic evening the hotel put on for locals... Wow! It was like going to a wedding... They pulled out all the stops... Decorations, food, live music... It was a really nice evening and well worth the money. The grounds were impeccably kept, and the restaurant was good. One night we all had a different soup and they were all amazing. The waiters were awesome.

Pleasant stay
For me the best hotel in Poza Rica, Top room, pool great, bars top, restaurants great. The hotel is situated close to the Tajin (1/2 hour) and 10 min to the downtown.

I was put in a Smoking room and the internet did not work half the time. The electronic entrance on the door was not working properly either, I had to come down and have the key re-programmed during my whole stay.

Nice business hotel, it was located on the main road of Poza Rica, but it was isolated from traffic noise making it a good choice. It was close to a shopping center. The only hotel in this area.

Nice hotel but...
The hotel is nice looking, however the location is at the edge of town and makes it far from anything there. There is a free transportation service to nearby places. The real problem was with internet access. It was close to useless most of the time, and at night when most guests were using it, it was so slow as to be completely useless.

Good hotel but may not help on business travel
Good service, most people strive to serve. The main problem with this hotel is wi-fi, comes and goes, very unreliable. saw many guests complaining about this. May be not be appropriate for business travelers but families. Food is good here, excellent chef. The serve every day a buffet.

In my opinion, it could be one of the best hotels is Poza Rica. I do recommend it. One comment: Pillow are to high. Had to make my own pillow with bath towells.Should have different size pillows in the room.

La alberca está muy padre, está bien ubicado cerca de una plaza, el desayuno básico pero conveniente y el bar está muy a gusto en la nochecita para ya no salir del hotel! Por otro lado no salió agua de la regadera y tuvimos que esperar para poder bañarnos y había una cucaracha muerta en el pasillo desde que llegamos hasta que nos fuimos.
