Ski trip

My family rented this cabin for a short ski trip to Elk mtn. The cabin was really nice and described nicely in summary. We couldn’t do much exploring of propety due to amount of snow but we are already looking forward to renting this in summer. It’s right on lake with a dock, couldn’t ask for anything better. We really enjoyed our visit.

Great, Cozy Stay -- Need 4 Wheel Drive in Winter

We had such a lovely time at this cozy little cabin! It’s simple, charming, and had everything we needed, including firewood for the fireplace, which made our evenings extra special. While it’s a bit more basic in terms of amenities, the location is perfect for skiing and offers a peaceful getaway. Just a heads-up—the owner’s advice about needing a 4x4 in winter is definitely true—one of our family members in a Tesla couldn’t make it. The kids had a blast, and the Internet worked perfectly. Overall, it was a fantastic stay for anyone wanting some quiet time in nature!

My husband and I stayed for our anniversary week in early September and the place could not have been more perfect! The photos in the listening don't do the property justice. The lake was spectacular. Perfect location with rustic cabin charm!

Rustic Pocono Cabin On Small Lake

Nice, rustic, well used, comfortable cabin. Lovely Summit Lake with fish to catch and the host providing a row boat, canoe and kayaks. There is a nice fire pit for campfires, the host providing the firewood and comfortable seating. Located away from other attractions, the cabin and grounds made a nice place for our family vacation.

The chalet is in a lovely quiet setting on a beautiful lake. We enjoyed the beginning of the fall foliage which was stunning. House had everything we needed and it was full of rustic charm.

Peaceful Private & Cozy

We had a wonderful stay in this secluded spot. The kids loved the elk prominently displayed in the main living area and had an amazing time romping around through the snow and checking out the lakefront. Definitely a beautiful neck of the woods.

Lake front Getaway

Overall, the stay was very nice with the best being lake access and availability to the equipment. Really enjoyed how it seems so secluded and private. The cabin has a very rustic feel which is fine and expected but some focus on basic upgrades and property maintenance would make it perfect.

Lovely lake cottage

Just what we were looking for…

Enjoyed a long weekend with family over Memorial Day. Location is great to escape and enjoy the lake. Nothing fancy, but everything you need and fits that cabin/great outdoors vibe. The kids loved exploring the property and catching fish while the adults enjoyed relaxing on the deck with a good book.

Winter Reunion

This property and the owner were wonderful. It was a warm chalet with the charm you would hope for. It is peaceful with a brook that runs down the property and the snow was beautiful. Sleeping conditions were great and even the single bathroom was fine with our group. We enjoyed our stay and were warmly greeted by the owner.

Pocono Heaven

We stayed here President’s Day weekend 2024 and had a wonderful time. Very comfy cozy. Only approximately 25 minutes away from Elk Mountain which was very convenient. Just make sure you bring everything you need as the stores locally may not have what you need.
