"I can’t for the life of me remember the associates name, but i was pulling in fairly late after a 10.5 hour drive. when i got my key to my room, i went to unlock it and the batteries were either dead or dying. the associate at the desk was very helpful and fixed the doors batteries immediately!"

"A beautiful, unique, charming hotel with an excellent staff, unique art installations, conveniently located to Tennessee River access, walking trails, shopping, excellent restaurants and coffee shops. Rooftop bar is a must for sunset over the mountains. Room was comfortable and spacious with plenty of room to unpack. Hotel had thoughtful touches throughout with a helpful and friendly staff to assist with anything needed. We will be back! Enjoy!"
