The home needs lots of work with broken doors, ripped shades upstairs and the door downstairs couldn’t be locked because if it was, you could barely use a key to open it. It took a long time, and we never locked it again. There is little insulation because we could hear every footstep, music, etc. He did turn off the music at night after we asked. "
