Gîte de Kermoal-Maison 2 chambres

The Kermoal gîte is a furnished house classified 2 stars, with independent access, two terraces, a garden with a view of nature, all private.

On the ground floor you will find a living room with an equipped kitchen, a dining area, a lounge and 2 access points to the outside.

Upstairs, 2 bedrooms:

-a first bedroom with a double bed of 140*200 cm

-a second with two 90*200 cm beds

a bathroom, a toilet (separate from the bathroom), a games/library area.

You have your own independent exterior composed of a garden, 2 terraces with garden furniture and 2 free parking spaces (right next to the gîte).

The cottage is adjoining our guest house, so you can book a room for your friends or family during your stay (subject to the guest room rate and availability).

A bakery and a butcher's shop are located 3 km from the house, in the town of Poullan sur Mer. Douarnenez, 8 km away, being a medium-sized town, you will find all the shops, bars, restaurants, tourist office, etc. there.

During your stay, it is possible that, in the parking lot, you will meet the guests of the guest room, our loved ones and our dog who particularly loves petting.
