Magnificent Breton house for 10 people on the seafront

Our typical Breton house, brought up to date, welcomes you in a calm setting conducive to exploring the Bigoudene region. It offers a sea view from each of its windows.

It can accommodate up to 10 people in an interior decorated "seaside spirit" which combines comfort and charm. The 800 m2 plot enclosed by stone walls allows you to laze around, play and park vehicles.

On the ground floor, you will find:

- A large living room with wood stove, dining room with bay window offering a sea view as well as access to the furnished terrace (dining table, parasol and weber barbecue, deckchair, fatboy)

The best way to visit the Bigouden High Country is probably to take the Route du Vent Solaire. It allows you to discover the entire coast of Audierne Bay since it extends from Penmarc'h in the south to Pointe du Raz in the territory of Cap Sizun. It will take you along the coast and discover charming towns.

Comfortable house, many pros

The house was very comfortable and remained cool in hot wheather..Everything needed was available. The house was clean. Wifi was quite good give heavy use (two ados).. The terrace was very nice.. Note that for swimming in the sea one needs to walk a bit along the coast this is not possible right in front of the house unless one is able to deal with the rocks. For those who seek quiet: the house is very near the neigboour house - this can give noise. Note also that there is a small (~10 cars) parking place between the house and the sea, with coming and going of cars during the day. It is prohibited to stay the night but people do it anyway..

Lage Top, Haus sehr gut ausgerüstet

Wir hatten zwei sehr schöne Wochen in Ihrem Haus, insgesamt waren wir eine Familie mit 4 Erwachsenen und 4 Jugendlichen. Der Host hat immer sofort reagiert, wenn etwas war - vielen Dank für die Hospitalität. Die Lage ist grossartig, direkt am Meer, nicht weit zum grossen Sandstrand mit tollen Wellen, ideal für Surf-Anfänger. Die Surfschule ist ebenfalls sehr nahe. Das Haus ist gut ausgerüstet und die Gegend wunderbar. Das Wetter ist, wie es ist in der Bretagne! Das internet ist sehr langsam. Für Menschen, die auch im Urlaub auf eine schnelle Verbindung angewiesen sind, ist eine private Verbindung über mobile Daten empfehlenswert. Alles in allem sehr empfehlenswert!

Deux semaines à PenHors

Séjour excellent dans un fort bel endroit. La maison est très bien et la proximité de la plage très appréciable avec un enfant de deux ans. Choses intéressantes à faire dans les environs. Embruns garantis.

Magnifique séjour.

Superbe maison, décorée avec soin et raffinement. Beaucoup d'équipements, rien ne manque. Bien sûr la vue sur la mer dont on ne se lasse pas. De plus, le soleil a bien voulu nous accompagner, c'était parfait. Merci aussi à Sylvie pour son accueil et sa gentillesse.

Unvergesslicher Urlaub

Wir haben dieses Haus und den unglaublichen Blick vom Wohnzimmerfenster aufs Meer sofort geliebt! Alle Räume sind sehr hübsch & gleichzeitig gemütlich eingerichtet. Unsere Kinder (15,12,10) waren oft am Strand vor der Haustür klettern, käschern, sogar angeln. Der wunderschöne Sandstrand ist ca. 10 Minuten über einen malerischen Küstenweg zu Fuß zu erreichen und wunderschön weitläufig. Die langen Strandspaziergänge waren dann eher das Ding von uns Großen. Die schönen Städte Quimper (ca. 40 min.) und Concarneau (ca. 60 min.) sind einen Ausflug mit dem Auto wert, auch wenn wir am liebsten am Wasser und dieser herrlichen Küste waren, die alles bietet: Felsen, klarstes Wasser in x Blautönen und weißen Sand. Immer gerne wieder!

Sehr schönes Haus direkt am Meer

+ tolles Haus, fußläufig zum Meer + Blick auf das Meer aus allen Fenstern und von der Terrasse + mit viel Liebe zu Detail eingerichtet (kann mit Kleinkindern aber auch anstrengend sein, da es sehr viele Deko-Objekte gibt) + Ausstattung ist super, es ist alles da was man braucht (auch ein Holzkohlegrill, der im Inserat nicht erwähnt wird) - Die Kaution von 500€ wird im Inserat leider nicht erwähnt - Die Abreise soll zwar bis 9.30 Uhr sein, Sylvie kommt aber schon um 9 Uhr. Ab dann geht sie durchs Haus und prüft alles, wenn man selber noch nicht fertig ist, wird es dann also unentspannt. - die Betten müssen selbst bezogen werden und bei Abreise auch wieder abgezogen werden (sollte man bei der Zeitplanung bis 9 Uhr mit einkalkulieren). Alles in allem hatten wir einen tollen Aufenthalt mit 2 Familien und würden das Haus aufgrund der Lage und Nähe zum Meer wieder buchen und weiterempfehlen.

Vue magnifique sur l’Atlantique

Une maison très bien agencée, joliment décorée et très bien équipée. Son emplacement à quelques dizaines de mètres de la mer est idéal avec une mention spéciale pour la vue permanente sur l’océan depuis quasiment toutes les pièces.

Traumhaus direkt am Meer

😀 tolles Haus, super Ausstattung, in der Küche alles Erdenkliche vorhanden, alle Zimmer sehr schön eingerichtet, entspricht der Beschreibung, Meer 25Meter entfernt, bewachter Badestrand 10 Minuten zu Fuß 🙁 Kommunikation mit der zuständigen Dame nur auf französisch, es mussten 500€ Kaution hinterlegt werden, was vorher nicht bekannt war

Le rêve face à l’océan

C’est la maison idéale pour des vacances au plus près de la mer. Vue imprenable, maison offrant un confort plus que parfait et très agréablement décorée. Le deuxième salon Tv salle de jeux est un plus pour qu’adultes et enfants trouvent leur place en fin de journée. Les nombreux équipements extérieurs permettent également de profiter du jardin fleuri devant l’océan. En conclusion: nous reviendrons l’année prochaine!

Vue exceptionnelle

La maison est très bien équipée. Les literies sont de qualité. Idéal pour passer des vacances entre amis ou en famille. La côte est magnifique et les sentiers de randonnée sont parfaits pour des balades ou footing. Le rendez-vous du départ un peu tôt pour partir.

Superbe maison de vacances bord de mer

Nous avons passé une superbe semaine de vacances dans cette chaleureuse et accueillante maison, idéalement conçue pour deux familles avec ados (9 personnes en tout) ! La salle de jeu (baby foot/ vidéo) à l'étage était parfaite pour nos ados, la cuisine et la pièce à vivre sont fonctionnelles et agréables avec une superbe vue sur l'océan depuis le salon. La cuisine est très bien équipée et il y a tout ce dont on peut avoir besoin en termes de vaisselle et accessoires. Les chambres sont meublées avec goût et la literie de bonne qualité. L'accueil sur place a été parfait de même pour le départ. A noter, évidemment, la situation exceptionnelle de la maison de laquelle il est aisé de sortir se promener le long de la plage sans besoin d'utiliser son véhicule. En tout point de vue, nous recommandons cette location et serons ravis d'y revenir.

Une maison merveilleuse dans un site tout aussi merveilleux

Quelle maison! Merci infiniment. Cela fait de nombreuses années que nous louons dans le Finistère sud et c’est la première année où nous nous sommes sentis comme à la maison. Aucune déception, la maison est décorée et meublée avec beaucoup de goût et dispose de tous les équipements nécessaires. On peut pleinement profiter des vacances. La maison est à quelques mètres du sentier côtier avec une magnifique vue sur la baie d’audierne et à 5 minutes à pied d’une plage surveillée et d’un spot de surf et de char à voile. Avant l’arrivée il est très appréciable de recevoir un courriel précisant les principaux sites à visiter. L’accueil est chaleureux et personnalisé avec une explication precise. Vivement l’année prochaine!

Merveilleuse maison en bord de mer

Nous avons passé de très belles vacances dans cette maison. Tout était très bien organisé, il ne manquait de rien. Superbe vue sur la mer, à quelques pas des plages. Baignade, surfer, pêche à pied, sortie à cheval sur la plage... tout était faisable sans voiture (pour les chevaux en vélo en dix minutes...). L‘intérieur de la maison est très bien choisi. Il ne manque là aussi de rien. La maison n'est pas seulement équipée de manière pratique, mais aussi meublée avec goût. On espère pouvoir y revenir un de ces jours. Merci pour tout

Un séjour MAGNIFIQUE!

La maison a été parfaite en tout point. Elle est grande, lumineuse et très propre. La cuisine est toute neuve est très bien agencée. La vue sur l'océan depuis la terrasse, la grande baie vitrée ou les chambres est un régal. Nos enfants ont même pu pécher des araignées de mer lors de la grande marée. L'accueil a également été parfait. Merci pour tout! nous reviendrons.

Fabuleux !

Maison magnifique, au calme, avec une vue splendide sur l'océan. Un joli chemin côtier très agréable permet de partir de la maison à pieds pour profiter d'une plage de sable. La maison a tout le confort nécessaire et même bien plus pour passer de bonnes vacances. La décoration est splendide et généreuse. Le matériel abondant est de grande qualité dans toutes les pièces et le confort des couchages a été vraiment apprécié de tous. La vue des chambres de l'étage est une invitation à l'admiration. Petits et grands se sont bien régalés aussi dans la superbe pièce de détente... et de jeux avec le magnifique baby-foot ! Nous serions bien restés encore un peu mais il fallait laisser la place aux autres vacanciers... ;-) Je n'oublie pas Sylvie et sa maman qui nous ont accueillis avec tant de gentillesse et nous ont permis de déposer quelques affaires dans le garage et au frigo bien avant l'heure pour nous permettre d'aller profiter de la plage pendant qu'elles nous préparaient une maison d'une propreté irréprochable. Et bien sûr un grand Merci à vous Madame MOCAER qui avez décoré votre maison avant autant de goût et de générosité !

Des vraies vacances!!

Excellente maison, bien équipée avec tout ce qu’il faut pour des vacances relaxantes! Un accueil chaleureux. Assez de place pour toute la famille. Une vue inoubliable sur l’océan Atlantique du matin au soir, à deux pas de la plage. En bref, un site idéal pour passer des vacances inoubliables.
