There is no signage to direct the customer to his/her room. My room was in view of the lobby. I was told to move my car to the back lot and not enter through the lobby. The “paved” parking lot is littered with pot holes and is poorly lit. Upon entering my room at 1:17am, I discovered that the window was left open. I checked the room for any surprise visitors. Luckily there were none.

It's near public transportation restaurants and gas station. It's quiet hot breakfast. The staff is friendly.

There is no elevator. Kitchen area floor was unclean breakfast was cold. Greeting upon arrival was not warm and inviting. Husband woke up with large bites on arm and legs

Not a quality inn
This hotel looks nice on the outside, but it’s not on the inside. There were all kinds of shady looking people just hanging around the property. Maybe New York doesn’t have a 25’ rule about smoking. People were constant smoking right in front of the door. The hallways stunk like cigarettes and weed. We were unlucky enough to have a room right next to the stairs and it was very loud when people are on the stairs, the back door slams shut. People in and out all day and night to smoke made it hard to sleep.

This was rated a 8 on Expedia which is crazy .it is a transient hotel . Weird people all around , yelling at us when we pulled in . Could not park in the back by our room was unsafe . Reported the behavior to the desk no concern from them at all . I was not sure my car eas going to be there when I got out . when we came back it was to late to go to another spot

The toilet paper is cheap, like one ply, and you use more so there doesn't seem to be a savings there. The choice of TV stations is poor. Photos showed a table in the room but there wasn't one. Same hot food every day for breakfast. I would stay again only because it is close and affordable to where I need to be.

In spite of numerous non-smoking signs, a group was smoking marijuana outside the rear entrance. This was just a non-descript, overnight stay. What wa great was that within walking distance was a very good diner (Eveready).

The hallways have an atrocious smell!the hallway carpets are so dirty and outdated! There were babies crying in the hallways after 9 pm! After that we had to quiet teenagers down until after 11 twice! No help from management and breakfast was horrible!

Little plastic bottles not environmentally friendl
I think the hotel should move toward fixed dispensers mounted to the shower wall (shampoo, conditioner, body wash) which can be refilled as opposed to the outdated and wasteful one time use small plastic bottles.
