"I stayed 4 days and couldn’t manage to get my room cleaned from housekeeping during my stay. Front desk staff did the very minimal in answering questions and addressing issues. Apathetic at best. Rooms could use a refresh as it was apparent flooding had occurred at some point in the past."

"The room was lovely, clean and comfortable. The resort premises are cute. Breakfast which was included was decent. However, a day before our arrival we have learned that Henry’s restaurant where we had a birthday dinner reservation was closed which was disappointing as it was meant to be part of the overall experience. Tried to reach the property several times, left a voicemail and couple messages through Expedia, no one reached back or acknowledged our outreach. During our stay no one was ever at the front desk - the only one who seemed to work there was the chef/server.l which we met at breakfast."

"First of all I paid extra for the “Premium” room experience which was supposed to include snacks and egyptian sheets and luxurious towels….I get in the room (which wasn’t hard because the door frame was busted) and there are no snacks, stains all over the furniture and a HUGE cigarette burn in the comforter. I went down to the lobby and spoke to manager on duty and told him and he told me that the “Premium experience” just guarantees me a room with two bed…no upgraded towels and sheets, no snacks. I told him that’s not what the sign that is literally right next to the counter said and he just shrugged. He gave me a different room and this one was worse than the last one. Sticky stuff on the floor and what looked like spots of blood on the bedding. I told him that I absolutely would not be staying there and that it was ridiculous to advertise an enhanced service but not deliver on what is promised. I will never stay at another RRI+ again."

"Our room clearly was not vacuumed and the garbages were full of litter from previous occupants. We were given 2 body towels for 2 people and staff were resistant to provide “extra”. The sheets on one bed had tears and there was a definite musty smell in the main area. Breakfast was basic but apples in the holder were clearly rotten. We will not be back."
