The painting on the walls is falling off, lots of hanging wires on the walls. I booked a double bed room but I got a room with two single beds.

Noisy patio. No central heating. No film-possibility. No bed lamp. Extra mantel was good. Photo of the building in the pages of Hotels is different than the view from the street.

This property not only is bear minimum, but falling down. From the door knobs to the light fixtures and the shower everything was falling down. The beds are like rocks with flimsy bed frames and overused pillows. There was a big hole on the ceiling. Felt unsafe and very uncomfortable. The expediría picture as a corner property is faked

街の中心にあり、見所が徒歩圏内でした。朝食は少し物足りなさがあり、パンにはジャムかマーガリンなどがあれば良かったと思います。シャワーがすぐにお湯が出て助かりました。暖房は冬のみつくみたいでしたが、11月でも朝晩は寒いので、つけてほしかったです。

El lugar está con buena ubicación. El personal no se esmera por dar un mejor servicio. Están muy cómodos. No tienen ni una plancha y menos se preocuparon por conseguirla. El desayuno es sencillo. Las habitaciones grandes. Baños normales. Buena presión del agua y sale caliente. Solo una vez nos dieron jabón. El personal no es muy capacitado.

El peor hotel que he visto nunca

El peor hotel que he estado, reserve habitacion individual y cuando entre vi las paredes y el techo con agujeros, podrian salir hasta bichos o ratas, la mampara de la ducha rota, una de las lamparas no funcionaba el interruptor, no funcionaba el agua, tuve que bajar a la recepcion y me dijeron que ahora la ponian, la pusieron pero salia fria, a la mañana siguiente salia tenplada pero sin presion alguna. Tambien le comente al recepcionista de la noche que hacia mucho frio en el hotel si podian poner la calefaccion y me dijo que no... me parece una tomadura de pelo hacia los clientes que hayan hoteles en tan mal estado, se rien de los clientes. Decepção!

Não existe simpatia no atendimento, nenhum interesse no cliente, falta manutenção em um local que ainda mantém certa beleza, no quarto que fiquei tinha um buraco no teto, as toalhas eram sofríveis, as roupas de cama surradas, não sei se manchadas ou estavam sujas.

Necesita mejorar

Las habitaciones están en bastante malas condiciones, con muchas humedades, paredes desconchadas, cables sueltos, etc. y además sólo hay un enchufe en todo el cuarto y no engancha bien. Los baños igualmente necesitan reformas, da la sensación de que están sin terminar. El desayuno es bastante pobre. Pero la localización es buena, muy cerca de la plaza central y el tour a las minas que contraté con ellos estuvo muy bien y a buen precio.

Desaparecen cosas y mala gana del personal.

Primero, tenía reserva por tres noches y a la primera no llegaba, que era el día 29/12, recién podía legar el 30 a las 4am y pedí que me corrieran el día de reserva y se negaron ya que estaba reservado y debía ser así, abonar la noche. Estuve de acuerdo y le dije que llegaba alas 4am, cuando llego habían alquilado la habitación y no tenían más que habitaciones compartidas de 8 personas (mi reserva era una habitación privada), o sea, se negaron a cancelar la noche y cuando llego no tenían la habitación! ya a partir de ahí empezamos mal, incumplieron con la reserva. La higiene de los baños deja que desear, el desayuno es escueto. El 31/12, fin de año, la cocina solo la dejaban usar hasta las 9 dela noche y estar en la sala solo hasta las 23hr., quisimos ir a la azotea donde no había nadie para disfrutar de la noche tranquilos y nos hecho de allí y también de la sala de estar. Así que temprano nos tuvimos que ir a encerrar a la habitación, muy mala atención, cero amabilidad. Y por ultimo y como si fuera poco nos desaparecieron cosas de la habitación, medicamentos caros, y a unos compañeros le desapareció de la habitación unos parlantes inalambicos. cuando fuimos a hablar sobre los precios y que nos cobraran menos la primer noche ya que no nos dieron la habitación que habíamos reservado nos atendieron de muy mala gana. No los recomiendo en absoluto!

Worst reception staff attitude ever at a hostel

As tripadvisor reviews correctly state, the rudeness and unfriendliness and the unhelpful nature of the reception staff is the worst I have experienced. Never a smile, defensive attitudes, and even temper-like outbursts about simple tourism questions ruined the impression completely of the otherwise adequate but certainly not great hotel. Had a private bathroom but wasn’t great.

Hostel honesto

O hostel é bom, deixa a desejar na manutenção, mas não é algo tão precário, eu me hospedaria de novo com certeza. O café da manhã é bom, os atendentes são prestativos e educados.
