Beim ersten Augenschein viel sofort der Müll der vor-Gäste auf, der nicht aus den Mülleimern und dem Bad entfernt wurde, Staubschicht auf ebenen Flächen, Bad (nicht) richtig gereinigt- hatte den Eindruck, dass außer frischen Bettbezügen nichts an roomkeeping erfolgte. Keinerlei Kleiderbügel oder Haken um Zimmer vorhanden. Schlösser der Balkon- und Eingangstür defekt, Zimmer konnte nicht von...

"Réservé par Expédia, l'hôtel n'avait pas été informé et la chambre n'était plus disponible L'hôtel nous a trouvé une autre chambre, mais sans climatisation. De plus l'accès par un chemin de terre en pente est difficile. Le lendemain nous avons déménagé chez Isara Lanta, de l'autre côté de la route, à deux pas de la plage : Les bungalows sont basiques, mais l'emplacement et l'accueil de Marc compensent largement !"

The lady in charge, Nancy at the front desk, is wonderful and she is very helpful and friendly. She wasn't there on the day we arrived, and on check-in we found her offsider rude and sulky, not even a smile. "Everything about this stay is perfect. The staff were so kind and helpful. Helped us to find fun things to do around the area. Rented a bike and they delivered it right to the hotel. Took our order for free breakfast every morning. And the accommodation itself was comfortable and spacious. Had everything that one would need for a perfect stay in Koh lanta. They’re new which is why they don’t have many reviews but I can say you must stay here. Nothing but good things to say about this hotel. "
