"The front desk was very nice and accommodating and the location is great in Viña Del Mar. The room, however, could use upgrading. There was mold on the ceiling of the bathroom and all the walls are paper thin so you hear anytime someone is in the halls. We were given disposable bathroom towels that we would assume are thrown out after our use. Overall, an interesting experience. "

"I made my up the very steep stairs and found the street despite a heavily faded sign. But, when I rang the bell nobody came. I waited around for nearly an hour, tried to find a phone number to call (not listed on Expedia). Finally I caught the bus back to Santiago for that night. Very disappointed."
