"Lovely & beautiful hotel, in a very quiet area even in high season in August. The highway which was pointed out by other visitors is visible, but not too loud. If they would plant a few more trees, the issue could be solved. Staff is a bit hit and miss, not comparable to other 5 star hotels. Especially the younger staff could benefit from hospitality trainings. The breakfast has such a highlight. Dinner was also great, but not too many options. Also please do maintenance on your bikes, we had to try many to find some that actually have any tire pressure or working breaks."

"Beautiful hotel in the mountains so peaceful. We stayed in the annex part which is a good 10 minute walk to the main hotel if you want to use the restaurant in the evening or the pool through the day. The annex also had its own pool which is wonderful and you can have your breakfast there too thankfully! The only bad thing about been in the annex was walking back on a night after our evening meal it was pitch black and not lit up enough, we missed our turning one night! Overall though a lovely hotel and huge rooms great breakfast and fantastic comfortable sunbeds around the annex pool. Would I return? I probably would but wouldn’t be my first choice as I’ve stayed in many mountain hotels in Mallorca which were better "

"The room was very spacious, comfortable and the bathroom was amazing! The property felt like straight out of a magazine. It was impeccable, relaxing and the food was amazing! The staff was friendly, helpful and genuine. It was a wonderful experience for a relaxing getaway. "

If you are looking for a remote location to spend time with family and friends, this is the place for you. I would also advice you to bring a mosquito repellent spray. "
