Frequently asked questions

When is the best time to go to Poša?
The best time to go to Poša is during the late spring (May-June) or early autumn (September-October) when the weather is pleasant for outdoor activities and the region's natural beauty is at its peak.

During late spring, the countryside around Poša comes alive with lush greenery and blooming wildflowers. Temperatures are mild, typically ranging from 15°C to 25°C, which is ideal for exploring the surrounding hiking trails or enjoying a leisurely stroll through the village. It's also a great time to witness local festivals and traditions before the peak summer crowds.

Early autumn offers similarly comfortable temperatures, usually between 10°C and 20°C, and the landscape transforms with vibrant autumnal colours, making it particularly scenic for photography and nature walks. The harvest season often brings local markets with fresh produce and regional specialities. It's a quieter period than summer, allowing for a more relaxed experience.

While summer (July-August) can be warm and sunny, it's also the busiest time for tourism, and temperatures can occasionally be quite high.
