"As overall is a beautiful place. However, the room was very dirty, the curtain doesn't work and was dirty too, also the mattress were in bad condition. They have to improve the customer service too, because some of the employees were making fun of the customer, which is not very professional"

"The check in process was easy, buy the rental office was a little challenging to find. The sign is small and it is in a back corner amongst other shops. After we found it, the process was smooth.
