Near Newport "City by the sea" famous for its scenic beaches, music festivals, opulent mansions, unique shops, five star restaurants and popularity among boating enthusiasts. Only 10 min to historic Bristol where they host the oldest Fourth of July Parade.
After a day of fun and sun, guests will appreciate returning to the quiet and relaxation on the spacious deck to breathtaking sunsets. A fully equipped kitchen ( including dish washer) affords guest the option to cook a delicious meal and dine at home.
There are two bedrooms. One with a full bed and one with bunk beds. A full Bathroom with shower.
The living room has a ceiling fan and is a comfortable space to gather, talk about the day, watch TV or play a game.
Sitting on the property in front of the cottage is a historic trolley from 1904, which ran from Newport to Fall River for many years. It was brought to Baker Road in 1948 and after some additional construction, was used as a summer cottage. Newly renovated and restored to more resemble it's original self, it is also available for seasonal rentals (see listing #791752 for details).
