Unwind in a spacious master suite featuring a king-size bed, Smart TV above a beautiful gas fireplace, and a cozy sitting area. Enjoy morning coffee from your in-room coffee station and mini refrigerator, then step out onto your private upper deck overlooking the water.
The spa-style ensuite includes a glass steam shower, jetted soaking tub, bidet toilet, double vanity, and stacked washer & dryer.
Main Level Living
The main level offers a bright living room with panoramic cove views, a second gas fireplace with Smart TV, and central air throughout. A half bath with vanity and bidet toilet is also located on this floor.
The gourmet kitchen is fully equipped with premium appliances, including a juicer, air fryer, coffee maker, and espresso setup—perfect for enjoying a drink on the deck as the sun sets over the water.
Lower Level Suite – Private Entrance & Flexible Sleeping
The lower level features its own private entrance and beautiful waterfront views, offering the perfect setup for guests or extended stays. This space includes a queen-size Murphy bed with a high-quality memory foam mattress, plus a sitting area that converts into a twin bed for additional sleeping.

This home was immaculate with great touches and great views! The location was ideal. The home was newly renovated and had lots of space! The outdoor patio and kitchen were our favorite place to relax!

Great location great house
Christinas house has everything you need for time away. A kitchen that has every appliance you need, a great upstairs suite with an even better view and the location is amazing. Minutes from restaurants and a 10 minute kayak for breakfast. We'd go back in a minute

Lots of amenities, in the middle of everything of any direction you may want to go for the day. So beautiful and comfortable!! Walking distance to nearby restaurants and bars. We were visiting for a wedding, my friends and I loved it. 😍

Photos were enough to impress BUT they don't truly do this property justice. Everything is top notch! We opened the door to an impeccably clean and well appointed home. The view is fantastic! Flowers, candy and fresh baked goods on the island. Highly recommrecommend

Tranquility awaits!!!
An absolutely idyllic setting on Blue Bill Cove. Incredible views from each floor - tranquility continues through the house with the beautiful color scheme and every amenity you could possibly imagine. Christina is fantastic- she went out of her way to welcome us and make sure we had everything we needed.

Perfect Waterfront Getaway!
We had an amazing stay at this picturesque waterfront retreat in Portsmouth, RI. The outdoor kitchen with pizza oven was a standout feature, allowing us to savor delicious meals while enjoying the breathtaking views of the water. The serene surroundings and gentle sea breeze made for a truly relaxing experience. The accommodation was clean, comfortable, and equipped with everything we needed. The host was incredibly welcoming and accommodating, making our stay even more enjoyable. If you're looking for a peaceful escape with stunning views and the convenience of an outdoor kitchen, this is the place to be! Highly recommended!

Great Location
We really enjoyed the location of this home and the easy proximity to various areas to visit.However, there were a few things that would have made the overall experience better. First, there were definitely things that should have been cleaner than what they were (sticky areas on countertop, hairs in sink, rice on floor, pile of old coffee grounds on machine, cobwebs in the corner of the couch, and dirty chair armrests, etc..). These were obvious and should have been addressed prior to check in. Second, apparently if you want to watch tv, you need a streaming service of your own. We have never run into this before, so if it's a big deal to be able to watch tv, that would have been something good to know.Third, the lower level is not accessible in any way from the upper part of the home. It is completely separate. We ended up not even using that space, since there was an overwhelming freshener scent that bothered my allergies. Fourth, only one parking space seems to be available to park. There were 2 other cars parked for the duration of our stay, but that is not mentioned in the description.Small touches like hooks to hang your bath towels, a hook for your hand towel, etc. would have been easy additions to make the stay nicer.Was concerned about communication, since we didn't receive any prior to us reaching out first and the response was a day before check in, but we did have a question during our stay and the response was immediate; which we appreciated!
