Place was clean. No problem finding parking nearby, Easy to get into with door code given. Not a lot of restaurants around, but there was a good pizza restaurant/bar nearby. It's a good place to stay if you want to pay less than the hotels in and around downtown Norfolk. Easy to get to Norfolk by car or ferry.

very clean inside with hospitable amenities. Host was VERY accessible and responsive. Maybe not a location that all would like as on a crowded street, but the neighborhood was interesting, historical and active community events.

This was a great location to stay at because we were close to the waterfront and the Elizabeth River Ferry, fun shops and restaurants, and only a 30 minute drive from Virginia Beach. Everything was clean and cozy for us!

This location is on point and had all the basic amenities you need. Perfect for commuting around VA Beach. Only negative was the parking. You have to find street parking but it was do-able and most of the time really easy. This is a basic, comfortable, and clean rental. Great communication with host.
