I loved that the facility was close to Seacoast United. There was a nice sports lounge across the street which had delicious food and drinks. Very friendly staff!

Pros: The staff was phenomenal. The breakfast is very nice. The pool was clean and heated! The bed linens were clean and matresses comfortable. Cons: The property is nice on the outside, the inside is very outdated. The carpets are dingy. Our suite had a velvet sofa bed that was warped and dirty. The microwave plate was not for the microwave and didn't fit.

I was told that I didn't have a reservation. This was a Christmas gift I got for my granddaughter back in November. Expedia states I didn't pay at the time of the booking but I did. It was not a pleasant interaction

The staff was very friendly. The bed was was very hard and uncomfortable. My five year old was looking forward to swimming in the heated pool but it was very cold.

Hard bed
We stayed only one night because we went to a concert near by. We didn’t spend much time there. The bed was super hard, and my back was killing me the next morning. The breakfast was good and hot. The hotel itself is a little outdated but it was a good price for just to sleep there.

Great stay,close to beach
Very comfortable and clean room. You could smell the clean when you entered the room. The bed couldve been better, quite firm mattress. Prefer a softer bed. The breakfast buffet was outstanding! Great choices abd everything was hot. Would stay again!

Centrally located to everything around Hampton. Numerous restaurants in the area. Staff is very friendly. Grab-and-go breakfast available. Our room had sufficient space. New refrigerator that is much larger than other establishments. Coffee, TV and microwave in room. We were attending a funeral and it was next too the hotel. I'd stay here again.

Best Western in Hampton NH
The room was clean and up dated and the location was fine. The coffee maker was not clean and couldn’t be used. They did have a very good breakfast.

We only stayed one night, but the property was very pretty and clean. We loved our vaulted ceiling in our second floor room (note: no elevators). The breakfast area was clean and lots of hot food constantly being brought out. That area was handled by two very nice people - including a very funny and welcoming gentleman. Would definitely stay here again.

The person at the desk did not inform us we had to carry ALL our luggage up 15 steps? I asked about a cart for our luggage, she said there’s one at the end of the hallway, but failed to tell us it’s useless, because there’s no elevator you gotta carry all your stuff up the stairs! The access door to the roof was in our room, then had the unit running on the roof that woke me up at 5 o’clock in the morning!

Unfortunately there had been flooding in the hotel two weeks before. We didn’t know that at the time. They put us in a first floor room and we complained that the carpeting was wet. They put us in another first floor room and it had black mold on the door . Then we got a second floor room and it was fine. We didn’t know about the flooding until we read reviews. The breakfast room was great. Had it not been for the condition after the flooding it would have been a good stay
