Welcome to our newly listed 3-bedroom home in Portsmouth; Perfect for summer getaways with friends and families. With a large backyard, bright living spaces, and a peaceful setting, it's ideal for enjoying everything the seacoast has to offer. Bedrooms have 2 queen beds and 1 full-size bed. The house has 3 bathrooms. The master bedroom has a bathtub and shower, and the second upstairs bedroom includes a shower. Guests will feel right at home. Book now and enjoy everything this house has to offer. The first floor is an open concept kitchen and living area. The master bedroom has a Juliet balcony overlooking the extensive yard. The House sits on two acres of land and is only three miles from Rye Beaches. The kitchen features Bosch appliances and a washer and dryer just off the kitchen area. Children are welcome, but the house is not child-proofed for toddlers. The oversized deck facing the bucolic backyard is perfect for sunning or grilling. Downtown Portsmouth is only a fifteen-minute drive.
