It was my first visit and I enjoyed it very much. I went for a lovely walk around the hotel, the grounds are really nice. Staff were also very friendly. Leonardo Royal Southampton Grand Harbour
This hotel was clean, and the rooms were spacious. Customer Service was outstanding. It’s very very close to the cruise port. There were many restaurant/pubs nearby! We would definitely stay there again!

Novotel Southampton
Internet connectivity was poor. However when infofmed to the staff. At once our room wS changed for better connectivitu. Also extended 30mins checkout time. Overall, helpfull and friendly staff.
