Excellent breakfast, friendly staff and a large family bedroom with plenty of space for 4 people. Great, central location with on street parking. We enjoyed our stay and would recommend.

Had a lovely stay. Staff were so friendly. Everywhere was so clean. Lovely clean smell in the bathroom which was spotless. Bedroom was spotless. Lovely comfortable bed. I will certainly return.

The staff were incredible and make the staff even more enjoyable. The breakfast was great and the staff for breakfast were also incredibly kind and wonderful. The walls are thin, so you can hear people walking and talking in the hallway and above you.

Very pleased with everything about the hotel, a lot of improvements made since our last visit about 5 years ago. Room was excellent, very clean and comfortable as it had been refurbished recently. Staff were very pleasant and happy to help with a few questions we had about the area. Breakfast was very good with plenty of choice to keep us going for the rest of the day

Family room was great size. Nice that the kids had proper beds and not sharing a sofa bed. Easy check in/out. Convenient to anywhere in Portrush. We had dinner and breakfast, both very good!

Fantastic staff and food and service excellent. But i feel i should have refund,as the celling was leaking water from the electric light above on the Saturday of my Valentines Break,it was totally spoilt for me and my partner.it leaked on my head and had a very strong smell of urine.we were told it came from the toilet shower room above us.should i seek legal advise to get a refund or another two night stay, of which i feel i am due,an unspoilt stay. Right in the middle of Port Rush, walkable to everything! Great location. It was a challenge to drop luggage off, and park. If you have a car be aware of this issue as you may need to park In the lot and walk to the hotel. Also there is no lift in the hotel and a lot of stairs. Breakfast was good; staff was nice. TV didn’t work; Room was clean.

Very relaxing stay, just a pity there is no lift in this hotel. Had to climb so many stairs and I have problems with my knees. Make sure you have everything you need for the day before you go downstairs.

All the reviews I've seen state that this hotel was the loudest place they've ever stayed. I had the opposite experience. We were front and center within the hotel on the second level and it was the quietest accommodations we had on the entire trip.

This property is lovely & the staff are amazing. Clealiness 100% & food in the hotel is perfect.Even a little touch from the staff who left a card & a box off chocolates in our room for our wedding anniversary. I would highly recomend this hotel

Wonderful property, great location. First time visiting Portrush and I will forever remember the Port Hotel. Great staff, restaurant and bar were very good- breakfast is a must

Nice place in central Portrush

It was a good place with friendly staff. The only downside is lack of parking for guests and the rooms are very stuffy.
